HQD Glow Air 70K Vape defect - Resolved with Exemplary customer service
I purchased a HQD Glow Air 70K Vape Kit from Vapehouse, complete with some refills. The package arrived promptly and safely.
The vape unfortunately about 2 days into use started leaking from one of the tanks. The design of this vape is a little unfortunate where any leak from the tank seals deposits the liquid onto the electrical contacts, and the air flow vent, causing the vape to cut out and splutter. This leak was persistent and I ended up bringing out one of my refill packs to avoid continuing to have e liquid leaking into the main body of the vape.
The new tank did not leak BUT the vape body is not, as it turns out, a sealed unit and liquid had gotten into the electronics killing the ability to charge the device.
I contacted Vapehouse to raise the defective vape, asking for a new vape so I could continue to use the refills. They were extremely polite and understanding, despite this not directly being their fault they agreed to send me out a replacement vape. Their customer service is impeccable and im extremely happy to provide them with a 5 star review, and I do not consider a faulty tank seal as a reflection on Vapehouse, rather a simple manufacturer's defect which looking at online reviews about the HQD 70k is not too common.

Fast delivery
Ordered and the delivery literally came the next day with everything I ordered in tact. I was annoyed about it not having free delivery even if you spend a bit, but I must say the fast delivery and no mistake with my order did just overtake that.
