Great company and fast delivery

I ordered and paid for 4 day delivery and it's not getting delivered till Tuesday 8 days since putting my order in.you ripp off delivery times.saying it went too Enniskillen and needed to be rescheduled.unexceptable. will not be ordering from you again. Poor poor very poor

I have been buying from vape house for many months now....I cannot rate them high enough....my vapes always arrive very quickly....customer service 10 out of 10....if I ever need help the staff respond quickly and resolve any issues I have....they are so helpful....they are very friendly and will do anything they can to help....I won't buy my vapes anywhere else now

Been a regular customer for a good…
Been a regular customer for a good while now, really good choice of vape pens and flavours, super fast delivery from payment to actually receiving the order and very reasonable prices. Customer service and package tracking service is always on point, I always know when to expect them through the door. Yes sometimes the vape pens themselves clog up inside but that's to be expected with disposable vape pens, not the shops fault, just a chance you take. Definitely recommend to anyone!

i order £56.00 of vapes got a email saying posting it waited 4 days and nothing so i emailed them and no one answered the phone when i rang at all i tried lots of time then after about 5 hrs got a email back saying sorry we have run out of stock we will refund you your money in 3 to 5 days bad customer service take my money and make me wait for a refund in this day and age we you order they should now if they have stock or not when you order not take your money bad show bad contact and bad customer service

Woohoo, 1st reviewer for vapehouse, I ordered 2 PRIME BAR vapes from here on 26th april(yesterday). Used a discount code for 1st time buyer, the order came the next day(27th april..today) Very quick delivery and quality of the vapes are amazing. I wish i could attatch an image, they are good value also. Will definately be buying more from here. Blue raspberry and gummy bear prime bars are very nice, these are the 2 flavours i ordered. And i like how they have foldable mouthpieces. Very nifty for stopping dust from your pocket entering the mouthpiece. Definitely recommend vapehouseuk.com and definitely can trust you will recieve order and wont be disappointed.
