Great customer service
Good prices, very fast free delivery and when they sent me the wrong flavour e-liquid recently, not only did they send the correct order pronto but I had a personal message apologising profusely.
Mistakes do happen but a genuine apology goes a long way - lots of other companies have forgotten this.
Would recommend.

Excellent company, reliable service.
Been buying from this company for a couple of years now and never had any problems with them. Love that you can order online quickly and it’s free shipping if you spend £10 or more. Plus you earn credits every time you order which you can use to purchase products.

I ordered 6 items from this company but only received 5 I phoned customer service up to be told the person who deals with this issue is unavailable and someone would phone me back but I won’t hold my breath first time ordering and feeling robbed

Fantastic service
Excellent range of products at good prices. Delivery is always prompt. Just one quick email to their customer service and they had the correct item out to me on 24 hour tracked delivery the next day. Think about even how many big corporations can't or won't correct a problem that quickly or that efficiently. That's how good Vapekit are. Highly recommend this site for all your vaping needs.

Juicy stuff.
Been using since the start of the year every two weeks or so. Always fast delivery, good price, and never had an order that was wrong. Simple website to use and I can order my juices and replacement coils in just a couple of minutes. I would recommend vapekit.co.uk to anyone.

Sent wrong strength juice, sent me 3x12mg bottles rather than 20mg juice and there's no way to contact them either, 12mg is no way strong enough for me.

By far the best prices and great service
By far the best prices and the service is brilliant. I only ever use the first class mail service which is free when you spend over £10 and they dispatch very quickly so more often than not, the goods arrive the next day. Highly recommended.
