I have been doing business with Vapor Authority for several years, not once did I experience an issue that Customer service didn't correct quickly and without question.

These days finding companies with the business ethics of Vapor Authority is getting to be rare. Their products are the best, great sales on highly ranked products.

Shipping cost a bit more now, this was not a choice Vapor Authority had. I will continue to support this high quality online Vape Shop, I have no reason to shop anywhere else.

Purchased 2 Eleaf iStick Power 2 w/GX tank kits at the end of December. After being in service for 40 days, one of the Mods fire button was intermittently sticking in the fire position! Contacted Vapor Authority via email and received reply the next day! RMA was issued, dropped return in the mail and replacement is on its way! Top notch customer service! Vapor Authority always has great prices, fast delivery and customer service that is second to none!!! Happy customer since 2016.

I am so impressed with this company! I bought a new pod mod, which basically came with the incorrect replacement pod (ordered separately and not the fault of seller, as they were told, it would fit the RTE-but doesn’t) further, the device itself has problems almost immediately! They made it completely easy for me to deal with exchanging it. Everybody worked hard to make sure that I got a working device without having to spend more money shipping and more money on taxes. I can’t say enough about how far this company went to make sure I was happy. And I am happy now! This is for sure my new place to buy all of my vaping supplies. Thank you, Patrick and Adam!

I had my order delivered with no issues. However, while placing the order, I had some issues because I was using my foreigner credit card and system blocked me.

But that was not an issue, they helped me immediately and gifted me some liquid for this headache that was not their mistake.

From now on, Vapor Authority is my only place for my vaping thing!

This is a great small business. I've ordered 3 times now, and my latest order literally arrived the next day. I don't know how the Commiefornia (sponsored by cigarette lobby) authoritarianism is going to impact CA vape shops, but this is a great source that I hope is able to survive.

I've purchased all sorts of vaping products from many different locations. When I say I was blown away by these folks at Vapor Authority, I absolutely mean it. I asked them a question early this morning, not only did they reply to my email in less than 3 hours, but they actually answered my questions! They have a huge selection of good quality products, no marked up cheap knockoffs, no questionable liquid, and every coil or pod you could ever need. For anyone reading this, I highly suggest you give these folks your business.

This place is great. They have a wide variety of products and at a fair price. I always get my orders in a very timely manner. I have got to say they have a very good customer service department. I had gotten a defective device and I almost immediately got it resolved by getting in touch with them via email. They had me a shipping label made and sent within 15 mins of notifying them. Then once I told them that the mail man had picked up my original device, they almost immediately sent me a tracking number for my replacement device. I mean u cannot find service like that anywhere! I will be shopping with them for the foreseeable future!

Every time I order from Vapor authority the experience is perfect! They ship out so fast I receive my order the next day every time! This was the first time I had an issue and they handled it perfectly. I had 3 disposable vapes that all tasted burnt (must have been a bad batch) I emailed the customer service department. They were super quick to respond. Asked for a picture of the unit and the packaging on a Friday, by Monday morning they offered me either a refund, credit or replacement. Amazing service, definitely opted for the credit as I will continue to give them my business for as long as I vape!

I truly love going through this store and getting my vape supplies from here. When I order they always come early then with the delivery days supposed to also if you ever need help they're always there for you email them or go on their chat they always answer you back and help you work through your problems that you're either having with ordering shipping or item you bought that has the warranty on it. The ecig I had purchased only lasted three weeks and then the button started to stick all the time. I reached out and they were super nice sent me a return shipping label which I did not have to pay anything for! And I was able to get a new kit right away! Highly recommend!
