I've purchased items from this company several times and I've always been satisfied. I've only had one issue and Cameron R. with Customer Service was quick to get issue resolved quickly and fairly. I've received the replacement and everything is awesome. Thank You Cameron! I will buy my future vaping needs from this company. I'd give them 10/5 stars if I could!!!

I ordered $250 worth of vape juice from Vapor Authority last night, and was stoked that I had a coupon code, until it never registered at check out… ☹️
When I emailed to inquire, Cameron replied that it had already been refunded to me! Now that’s what I call 👌🏼 💯 customer service!!

This was truly a great experience as just took a shot with Vapor Authority from searching with google for a specific Mod. I order this item on a Saturday morning in North Carolina. Sent from California and had it Monday (2 days). Easy, friendly website. Will use again

So much shopping is done online these days. I rely on reviews for guidance, often. And, when I am looking over reviews, I always take a look to see if there are any that describe how a business handles a problem. Most orders are trouble-free, thankfully; but it is important to me that a company has someone to help, should I need it. The vape market is especially tricky as there are a ton of stores, online and some of them are pretty sketchy. Vapor Authority is going on my fave list, for sure!
I've ordered before but had a problem with a recent purchase. The information I needed to get assistance was easy to find on their website. I reached out and got a response, quickly. They didn't have the product I originally ordered so I was given a choice of a refund or a similar product. I chose the latter and within a week received it. Really friendly, too!

Ordering is easy, shipping fast & accurate! The most recent order I received had a broken & leaky bottle. Solved in minutes with one phone call!!! I was given three options to resolve the issue. Awesome!!!

Always accurate inventory and huge variety of flavors, including hard to find brands. Prices are great, and usually ships same day or next day the latest. I’ve used dozens of different vape stores and none can rival Vape Authority for service, selection, and price. 🙌🏼

Cameron is the man! Talk about a quick response along with attention to detail, they have it. I no longer even compare prices with them. At this point they'd have to work pretty hard to run me off! Why fool around with anyone else?

First, I would like to congratulate and thank Vapor Authority for their outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, this is becoming extremely rare in business practices these days. I had purchased a several vape mod starter kits and 2 of them were defective. This was not Vapor Authorities fault, the defects were from the production line. I contacted Cameron at at Vapor Authority Management and immediately was given directions on how to send the defective kits back to them, and he gave me a return mailing label so I didn't even have to pay for return shipping. Cameron made good immediately by replacing the kits and in one instance upgrading it because the one kit I had purchased was no longer at in stock at this time. Thank you Cameron for all your help! There was no hassle about my about my returns and you resolved my issues Totally Beyond Satisfactory!!!

jordan is amazing , i love ordering from vapor authority and been ordering from them now for a long time and will be a life long customer .. i had a problem with the postal service itself getting my order delivered to me but got in contact with jordan and he was fanatic and amazing in reaching out to me and responding to each of my e-mails . He got in touch with the postal service for me cause of problem with the postal deliver service they were having and going above and beyond in customer service . he called them and got them to deliver my order to me . he keep in touch with me threw this hold process..and he even let me know that if the postal service sent the package back to vapor authority , he will refund me back my money or resend package back out cause of the postal service fault ..great products and amazing customer service
