I ordered a non nicotine vape for 25.00 was sent a vape with nicotine I reached out to the owner he refused to let me return unopened to switch out to the correct one. Unprofessional

Ive submitted reviews twice for the same order I got out of the like 12/15 emails asking for a review. This is a little ridiculous. I mean come on

Update. So I keep getting the same emails over and over it’s kinda annoying. But I would like to say the prices are fabulous and the product is pretty good. So don’t look at the review as a bad thing. I just need to click the button to not receive the reviews emails. My bad. lol. Good company! I’ve ordered a few times. Just not the 25 emails worth! Haha

Website advertised expedited same day delivery for customers in Knoxville. Had I known it would take 3-5 business days to receive this, I would have walked five minutes down the road. Absolute garbage to reach out to the company line and be ignored when expressing irritation after initially receiving a response. Customer service is clearly a priority for this company. I won’t call out their employee by name but I struggle to understand why you could not just refund me and cancel my order since it hadn’t been shipped. Do better. I requested either a refund or for my vape to be delivered per the website description, which I will post below.

“Waiting isn’t an option” but ship in 1-5 business days? What a joke. I work in logistics myself and coordinate freight on a daily basis. If I ignored a client and gave a vague answer like this, I’d be fired.

Absolute garbage. Thanks for nothing. I won’t even be in town when you finally deliver it. What a joke.

Exceptional customer service

Always arrive within a week. I love the sales, they are 3.99 and up. Going to the store, I would have spent $40.00 for each one. This is my go-to site; it has also been provided the site to family and friends.

My only negative is the shipping time. Way too long
I wasn't aware or didn't read deep enough that they were shipping from overseas.

Shipping takes about a week. They have great customer service. They answer emails in a timely manner when I have questions.

Easy to order. Unfortunately, many models are out of stock and unavailable. Once you find an e-cigarette model that tastes good, it's no longer in stock when you place your next order. That's a real shame. As a result, I'm forced to keep trying new ones and can't stick with my favorites.

Easy ordering and fast shipping

First time vaping. I bought AIRIS NEO to help me quit smoking cigarettes. I found the shipping reliable but slower than expected.

I love that I get my products really fast. I have noticed that a lot of the products that I like are always sold out. Hopefully there will be more inventory.
