Fast and easy. A few clicks & my stuff was on its way.

I was skeptical at first, I even emailed first to better understand the process with shipping and they replied pretty quickly. Pricing is great, shipping is pretty quick, 1-3 business days and it's been right on time each time.

Why would they off same day delivery & then after I order say 1-5 business days. Worst experience ever.

Website is easy to use

3.7 stars is fitting. They just lie. They offered same day delivery. So I ordered. Then they claimed what they meant was same day shipping. So I tried to cancel. They claimed they could because it already shipped.
A day later I get a notice that it shipped. So they lied. But it didn’t ship. It was just “label created” a day later.
Fast forward 3 days it still hadn’t shipped. They assured me it had but the status wasn’t updated. But swore it was 1-5 days and would likely get it the next day.
The next day (5 days after ordering) it says it shipped and will be here in 5 days. From the shipping date.
Cust Svc gets rude, swearing they didn’t lie, because it was shipped same day, but what they meant was it was put in a box to be shipped same day and actually shipped three days later. But even that wasn’t true as that didn’t happen for 3 days either.
It would be nice if they were just honest and say it will take a week or two rather than lying about it. I would have been ok with that. I’m not ok with a company repeatedly lying to me then getting rude and angry at me for being called out on the lies.
It’s now been a week, and hopefully I’ll get my order soon.

I would give 4.75 if given the option because I have never found anything in my life to be perfect. Having said that this is probably one of the closest. The product comes fully sealed in original packaging with authentication scanners. They are the same I could get down the street but I don't even pay half as much as the locals are asking. They come fully charged and ready to use straight out the box. I have yet to wait even five days for them to arrive and I have ordered around a holiday or on the weekend so they are quick and I have yet to be upset. Almost perfect according to me it's as close as I have ever witnessed.

The order was correct and delivered in a timely manner.
The product is always packaged nicely and I haven't had problems with them .

Checking out online was easy; the product was available, and email replies were prompt.

I was really impressed with Vapor Puffs — the shipping was super fast, the prices are some of the best I’ve seen, and their customer support was friendly and helpful. Definitely ordering again!

Vapor Puffs claims to offer "same day delivery in San Antonio." This is a blatant lie. They offer no such service. Now, after many emails and phone calls, to which they have not replied, asking explicitly for the to stop the order and refund the money before the order was shipped, items have been sent. Not even the items I ordered. And they will be delivered next week. They are liars. Vapor Puffs is a scam.

I ordered and then read the reviews and started getting scared. I then went and reviewed my order and it had been changed. Then I started to think it was a total scam and was so bummed out. I contacted them and they responded immediately and reassured me not to worry that everything would be in my order. I even sent them a message saying from what I read it was a scam. Well IT IS NOT A SCAM. THEY ARE LEGIT!! I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED. THEY ARE WONDERFUL AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!! VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER THANKS AGAIN VAPER PUFFS
