Vapor Puffs Avis 

My order was never updated and the status was stuck on "ordered" for 5 days. My vape never came, I contacted them and they said "Ill look into it, sorry" This place is a scam!!!

This is my 3rd order and final order. It's the 2nd time the tracking estimate info says my order should be delivered today but the actual tracking info shows the package hasn't even been picked up by the shipper yet and I ordered my vapes 5 days ago.

No phone number to call and no replies to emails so I'm done with these folks. I guess I'll dispute my $85 charge with my bank so if you don't want the headache, look some where else.

This place is the best! I have only used them when it comes to buying vapes online. I reached out to them because I was getting laid off for a few months and asked for coupons to help me buy a couple vapes to last until my unemployment started and they sent me no coupons but added three vapes into my order. Three free of charge. I am legit still vaping on them. It was amazing and the nicest thing any company has ever done for me. I have never experienced such great service. They had no trouble refunding the money the one time I did receive one that was not working which has only happened 1 time the whole year or so I have been buying a vape a week from them. Sometimes 2 depending on the week.

Bought two vapes. One of the vapes that I’ve received wasn’t working and not sure where to tell them. But the other one was fine

I ordered 5 and 2 of them don’t work, one not at all and one kept flashing and got super hot

I didn’t realize that they are expired,hence the great price

Did not ship same day. Was hoping to receive it sooner. Products were great and as expected.

It's fake. I never got a shipment. They take your money and you don't get it back.

I will never order from this website again. I paid for Xpress shipping and it’s been a month. I still don’t have my vape. I ordered them from San Antonio to San Antonio and right now my vapes are sitting somewhere in Florida. I’ve emailed the company about this. They have not reached back out to me. They’re just ignoring me so I don’t have an option to get a refund or cancel the order nothing, this website is a scam

I really like the prices this company has to offer. I wish they had an option for overnight shipping.

This company is very responsive. I received my products in about four days. Also excellent variety of products to choose from!

Got an email today saying my order is shipping - a day past what they promise. All items have been substituted for 0% nicotine vapes. No email asking if this is OK.

No one answers the phone. So far no email reply. No answer to text. The Facebook page replies in Russian.

Plus they said they were local & the number is based in another state. I've requested a complete refund but am doubting I will get my order at all or a refund. Status is "label created".

Update:

After writing this review I received an email from Vapor Puffs sales department. They let me know they had issued me a partial refund for the delay in shipping, but also stated that they had not substituted anything in my order, nor had they received an email from me discussing the problems. They then asked that I delete my review.

For the sake of transparency I don't want to remove it entirely. I replied with a ss of my email to the same email address the sales department reached out to me from. I also sent a SS showing their site clearly "removing" products from my order & adding 0% nicotine products to my order. I did tell them I would update my review here as soon as my package arrived - once I could verify what was showing up.

Everything arrived today as it should - every product was what I ordered. Every product worked without issue.

I never received an explanation as to why my order showed my items were substituted when they were not. Or why the site says they are in Broken Arrow when my package shipped from Florida.

It's all worked out, and I do appreciate Vapor Puffs giving me the shipping discount and responding to my review - but ideally they would have responded to my email & addressed whatever issue caused the products to appear to be swapped for 0% nicotine items.

So - not a scam. Just certainly not a stress free process. I hope they are able to resolve these issues going forward - as they have the best prices I can find online.

They wont answer the 24 hour help phone. They tried to change the order instead of what i ordered AND UPPED the PRICE! They reply days later and dont cancell order. They sent broken fake vape in the end. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fast shipping. All the disposable vapes I bought worked well. Got a number of clearance vapes for an amazing price. Whole experience went smoothly.
