Great customer service
I purchased a Vaultek safe for my truck about 5 years ago and was very happy with the product. The controls stopped working so I contacted the company. They offered to service it even though it was out of warranty, with no cost to me except to ship it there. It was not repairable, but they sent a like-new refurbished unit that works just like brand new. I was very impressed with their level of service and they have earned a lifelong customer.

Absolutely incredible customer service!! I purchased my Vaultek lockbox and the previous owner didn’t include the keys. Within one business day Vaultek completely resolved the issue. My product is high quality and I am looking forward to using it! Thanks so much Vaultek!! I will definitely be recommending their products to…everyone!!

Safe and Sound
Living in an apartment, I needed a safe that was practical, secure, and manageable in size and weight. This one checked all the boxes. It was reasonable to bring in, yet once set up, it feels solid and secure.
The customizable interior is fantastic. You can configure most of the space to suit your setup, which makes organization easy. It’s clean-looking, well-designed, and blends in nicely without screaming “gun safe.”
Access is quick and simple for authorized users, which was important to me. Overall, I’m very pleased with it and would absolutely recommend it.

Sine Pare Customer Support
Had an issue with my DS5i safe, so I emailed customer support. After walking me through some troubleshooting steps, we were unable to resolve the issue. Vaultek offered to ship me out a replacement. Travis and their entire customer service department made it effortless to address the root of the problem and went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied and confident in the issue's resolution. I own two of their safes and I can GUARANTEE you that I will own many more!

Good products but could be better…
I purchased a desktop Vision biometric gun safe and the largest biometric rifle safe. Both often give me access denied readings and I have to touch the reader again before both safes open. That could be very dangerous if I ever needed to get to my rifles or handgun in an emergency with only seconds to react. That’s my only issue, otherwise both safes are very well made and designed.

Purchased a biometric safe
Purchased a biometric safe. Needed to contact Vaultek to get it going, no one answered the phone two days in a row. Decided to return it and they made me pay for return shipping even though I couldn't use or set up the safe due to failure on their part. It's not fair. I think the product is pretty good but the customer support was terrible.

I got the sliding safe for my pistol
I got the sliding safe for my pistol, this thing came quickly, instructions were very helpful and understanding how to put the biometric fingerprints in and safe code. Honestly, I researched multiple comparable safes, and the quality of this one seems to be as advertised I would highly recommend it.
