Vaux Spares Avis 

My part was reasonably priced, well packed and promptly dispatched. I'd order from Vaux Spares again in a pinch, though I hope I don't have to replace my wing mirror again any time soon!

Unfortunately bad news For this company won’t use again poor Customer service !!!
Don’t be fooled by there kind friendliness on the phone as they soon become rude when issues take a turn for the worst.

Can’t inform me off who the shipping company are and part is not up too standard that was described And they are full off excuses.

Ordered a 118d bmw engine paid £1,600 which then once it turned up 2 weeks later than the date they said it would 🙄 it was a auto engine and was not a manual engine that I got promised So this came with more cost too convert it and once Done the engine had faulty injectors which made it run crap . So more expense.

Thankfully once all other issues was solved by my local garage it’s up and running now but a very stressful And Would not want anyone else making the same mistake useing this company and falling for there poor service.

Once they have your money they have no interest in contacting you too inform you about any delays or interested in any issues with faulty parts so please I’m not one too moan but I don’t want someone else going through the same bad experience.

Needed a Maf sensor for my Astra but didn't know correct one for my car.

Very fast delivery,sadly not the part we ordered,phoned to tell them and basically got shouted at, absolutely useless customer service! Part now returned and still no refund,we even had to pay to send it back.we will never recommend these people to anyone!!!!

Absolutely shocking & untrustworthy behaviour. Avoid these scammers at ALL COSTS.

I have been waiting for months now for a £2400 refund on an engine which was the WRONG UNIT. It also arrived in very bad shape.

These guys are cowboys, absolutely disgusting service.

I am now calling them on a daily basis in an attempt to get my money back. They have given me excuse after excuse about why we don't have the money in our bank yet, and now they won't even answer the phone.

The minute we ran into problems with the engine they stopped answering emails completely (Terry, complete coward), and I had to switch to calling them which is when the excuses began. The guy that answers the phone is a cocky and very unhelpful guy, and the posh sounding man in 'accounts' will keep telling you 'oh there's been a problem with the bank, it'll be in within 48 hours', or 'oh the transfer failed due to incorrect banking details, I'll put it back through for you now', or whatever else. Funnily enough they managed to get our card details right when they initially took our money......

The world of recon engines and used parts is a MINEFIELD, and I would highly recommend that you're better off selling the car as salvage or using somebody on a personal recommendation.

This is quite possibly the worst and most cowardly, deceitful company that I have ever used, and it looks like we'll have to take legal action to get our money back, which won't be hard as they have admitted fault, so I'm not sure why they seem set on getting a CCJ from us in the process? Weird way to operate if you ask me.

Please folks, anybody considering using these cowboys, save yourself the headache and lost time/money.

i ordered a altinator on the 11th of november still not arived on the 16th of november so phoned up and thay came up with crap why thay didnt send it out so i asked for a refund on the 16th one week later no refund so phoned up again on the the 23rd of november and got told thay refunded it on saturday the 21st so left it untill the 27th of november and thay seid ring up on the 28th witch i did and yet another excuse had do go to paypal in the end these are rank amitchers (con men DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE UNLESS U WANT TO LOOSE MONEY i hope these ppl read this and change there ways pmsl fat chance total ass holes who couldnt run a bath never mind a repetable scrap yard From DARREN LANG
