Vavoom Leasing Avis 

Quick to take admin fee but nearly 2 years later and never any response to any emails or call backs regarding expected delivery date of van

They need to improve their customer service and be open on Sundays. Not happy with the delays.

Joanne at Vavoom was brilliant. She was really attentive and a great help in securing the best deal for my new vehicle. Coming from another leasing company to Vavoom was a big step for me after quite a few years but thanks to Jo it was made really easy with all of my requests and numerous emails responded to quickly and efficiently. The overall experience so far has been superb and I look forward to receiving my new car in a week or so.

Joanne was excellent in supporting me in leasing my first vehicle. Informative without being pushy, available to answer all the questions I had quickly and efficiently, revising deals and providing various options on request. Nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Also very reasonably priced and much more affordable than other companies and dealerships.

VaVoom managed to create a very competitive deal for me and I can't wait to take delivery of my lease vehicle.

The customer service provided by Chris was excellent. This is my first experience of vehicle leasing and he took the time to patiently walk me through the process, listened with care, communicated often, and created a deal that fully met my needs.

Would you believe that Vavoom were the only company to call me back and follow up on my request.
Wayne was what really sold me on Vavoom - helpful, without being pushy and he called me back each and every time he said he would. He clearly answered all of my questions and helped me get the right car at the right price.
Sarah was very good too on all the documentation requirements and she also followed up when she said she would.

With the current problems in the car industry due to chip shortages and delivery dates, plus being let down over the last couple of months with false promises from other companies, and rapidly losing faith in customer service; it was refreshing to find that both Wayne and Calum are extremely customer service orientated, as they pulled out all the stops over a few days to help me place a new PCH vehicle on order. I chose to go with vavoom last February paid my admin fee and had hardly any contact since and no updates and still waiting for my new van poor service if I'm honest

Great service provide by Wayne and the team, managed to process the order more or less within the same day which was so efficient. Very helpful and in regular contact through the whole process.

From first contact with Vavoom, Wayne was very proactive and went out of his way to make sure he found the best deal on our preferred car. He constantly kept us informed through the process with phone calls and emails. Once we had agreed the arrangements, Lynsey in admin. was efficient and friendly. The whole process was really great and we will have no hesitation in recommending Vavoom to our friends and colleagues.
