I like having an account to buy US currency it’s convenient I don’t have to wait in line however my account always gets dissolved if I don’t use it regularly or if I don’t buy enough currency sometimes the line up at the branch can be quite long

I have used VBCE for years. The exchange rates are far better than bank rates and the service is fast and friendly. I live in Burnaby - would love to see one closer to home - but willing to make the drive and save money !

Average service. Some Customer Reps go to lunch during the busiest time, which is pretty much everyday and the queue for service is forever, they should put in more staff to cover up for this deficiency.
