I deal with VBCE mainly for their better rates but I don't buy S$ from them as they are more expensive than Kingmark at Yaohan Centre.
I could have done more business with VBCE if they are considered as merchants for payments when I deal in bigger amounts. The present inconvenience is that I need to get a bank draft from my bank in order to
pay when over ten thousands dollars. At times I meet problem when I want to convert my Euros into CAD still talking in terms of bigger amounts of over ten thousands.

Richmond office personnel I dealt with were very polite, courteous, understanding, efficient and friendly.

I found the people in the Richmond office are nice and polite. They are also helpful to the customer.

I have been very satisfied with the program of buying foreign currency for my businesses and continue to use your program

Great customer service, however my last transaction was frustrating.The bank draft my husband presented was rejected because my name was on it. I had tried to save my husband time and had gone to our bank for him. It cost him a lot of time. I did call VBCE after the transaction and we will set up an account for me to avoid this in the future.

Quick and easy to make transactions. Feels like exchange rate has widened a bit from posted rate last couple years, but still competitive.

Though I have not been into VBCE for awhile I have always been pleased with the service and friendliness of all the employees. I also received their discount which was a surprise the first time.

rates are not as fair as money exchanges and sometimes the purchase takes up to 4 days to complete, an example is purchase thursday afternoon and sale goes through monday noonish.
