I cannot honestly say that I’ve experienced a company more dedicated to its customers than VCHRGD. I’ve messaged from their fantastic app when ever I had an issue or a query and I’ve had faultless support. Including when I asked them , from a business trip in Australia, to help my wife reconnect the charger to a new broadband provider. FANTASTIC :)

I love this charger, brilliant customer service, support, slick charger future proof and easy to use. I can’t fault anything which is rare these days, installation to support faultless. Highly recommend and a British company BUY.

I have owned a VCHRGD Technologies EV charger for some time now and wanted to move across to an EV tariff by a well known electricity supplier known for its customer service. The technical support that VCHRGED provided during this transition was fantastic, to such an extent that I cannot recall having received better customer service from any business in the past. They are first class!

Not only is the charger very reliable, but if anything happens environmentally that stops the charger from working i.e. issues with the WiFi, then the service you receive from VCHRGD to get you back up and running again is second to none. I don't know of any other company that has such good customer service.

I needed to navigate two faults: the charger lost power, and then the VCHRGD app would not connect. Technical support was quickly available, and remained in touch over a couple of weeks, helping analyse and then solve both difficulties. Even checking up unprompted to see if all was OK. In my experience this was outstanding compared with similar services in other companies.

Alex is simply the best. He's been so helpful, from install to support ongoing. I couldn't recommend him, and vchrgd more!

The charger looks sleek and comes with all the bells and whistles. It was easy to purchase and get a qualified installer to fit. However, the biggest positive is the after care support I've had. Having been round the houses by our smart energy tariff provider, VCHRD managed to sort the issue with the energy suppliers app themselves, along with some hints and tips/best practices - real life third party consulting!

Superb customer service from VCHRGD. I contacted them after my charger which I had moved to a new property was not functioning properly. Fraser was incredibly helpful, listened to me explain the issues and put in place a plan to remedy the problem. Over the next few days, I was also contacted by Eleanor to confirm arrangements. Technician Sean arrived and addressed the problem, with VCHARGD replacing the box and improving how I had set it up. I received a call from the boss Alex at the company to tell me what was happening and that he would be replacing the unit with no cost to me, even though technically it was out of warranty. It is rare to get such amazing customer service these days and I was blown away. Thank you VCHRGD!

Amazing customer service from start to finish. The fitting was very neatly and efficiently done and the design of the charging unit itself, is the best looking unit that I've personally encountered. Plus, VCHRGD is a local company which I was happy to support. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a home EV charger.

Extremely helpful, did what they said they were going to do, and when there was an issue (with my router, not their kit) it was fixed instantly. Leah in particular went above and beyond to help get the installation sorted out, and Alex was great on the technical side

Great product that robust and easy to use. Great relationship and communication with the installer both working well together and fully aligned on the plan. After sales support is outstanding, Alex is so committed and passionate about his product, he is very available and always responds to any query or assistance request super quick and then gets resolved, I have to say such a positive customer service is exceptionally rare nowadays. Fraser and Alex went far beyond above and beyond to diagnose an issue I was having on 2 separate occasions, both of which came down to issues outside of their device (one a WiFi issue and the other a faulty PCD), did they let that deter them from giving the best customer support I ever had? not a chance, they just wanted to help.
