Great ev charger
Works well with my ev and with octopus energy for the cheaper ev charging overnight tariff. Looks smart on wall and very sturdy.

VCHRGD 7Kw home charger.
I installed one of their 7Kw home chargers and had a problem getting it to charge my EV. One quick phone call to technical support and issue fixed. Very quick to answer the phone without any press this number or that number and having to wait in a queue. Excellent customer support well worth the 5☆ rating.

Great customer service, fixing a connection issue.
Had issues setting up my Vchrgd EV charger onto a new Electricity provider. I have to say the help provided was quick, effective and very professional. The guide documents were clear and helpful but when they did not fix the issue the support on Sunday was extremely helpful and resolved the issue. Thanks to Alex from tech support, first class customer service .

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, probably the best I’ve had from any company.
I made a silly mistake and accidentally removed the charger from the app instead of the charging cable.
I was in a hurry to get away on holiday and needed the cable that was now locked into the charger with no way of removing. I was in a panic as I had to be at the holiday home to pick up the keys at a certain time and I would miss it if I didn’t get away on time. I could remember where the card with the details to log back in was.
I called for support and James was prompt in his response, immediately trying his best to support me in a calm and patient way. In the end, he was able to remotely unlock it for me, allowing me to get on my way on time. He then added the charger back into the app remotely too without me having to do anything.
I cannot recommend this company enough. If you are thinking of getting an EV and are looking for a company, then pick VChrged. You won’t regret it.

Superb service - Outstanding.
What can I say about the service I got - absolutely superbdoesn’t even come close. Adam listened to what I thought the problem might be, talked me through a few options and I then tried to rectify it. However, very proactively he got back to me the next day with a p”possible” reason for the issue and a solution to get around it. Absolutely brilliant back-up and all I can say is if you are getting a charger installed I know there is a massive range but VChargd are simply brilliant.

Torbay Installation
Selected the Severn Pro after looking at most of the 'popular' chargers on the UK market and this one had a significant price advantage. It offered the functionality to do EV charging using my excess solar output, which for me was a must. The app (free, no additional charges, unlike some other charger brands) looked easy to use and so it has turned out. I just needed a quick support call (instant solution) to fine tune my settings. The neat wall unit was quickly fitted by Riviera Electrical, a local agent, a few days after taking delivery of my new EV. A week on and everything is living up to expectations - does everything I want and without fuss.

Most impressed with the Customer support!
Being 74 and having a Charger installed for the first time I was concerned about the ease of use of the VCHRD SEVEN Pro. I have to say if I get to any problems of using the unit then a quick call to Customef support solves it straight away. If they help desk is busy when called you are called back very quickly. Most impressed with the Customer support.
