Internet was turned off on the 4th and never put back on, sajid and mdu were great and sorted issue. Not happy with the delay and lack of communication.

Jonathan and Gerald fixed the issue and ensured that residents were kept informed and ensured that services were live and stable

Friendly and very efficient. Issue resolved very quick. Thank you.

A big thank you to Clint and Freddie for the multiple visits and continued to support for resolving our internet issues. The weekend support was appreciated and not expected. They went above and beyond with regards to customer service! Thank you Clint. Thank you Freddie.

Flynn and sajid came to me today to fix the problem of no internet for five days and they did in minutes I wasn’t even here but they waited just to be sure and what fantastic lads they are I appreciate everything they did quick and efficiently I couldn’t ask for more
As for you fiber well I’m not happy with them first it takes me 45 minutes to get though to them which is EVERY phone call which I have made plenty trying to get this fixed
Second when I get though after 45min I get cut off and have to start again
Thirdly they have been not help what so ever they didn’t book the appointment properly so that was a day wasted so had to wait another day and it has taken me five days to get this sorted which is ridicules
And as for the app well that is a total waste of of time I tried to get help on there I got no where tried to book and appointment on there and again got no where so that is no good what so ever
The only good thing that has happened with all of this is the lads that cam to fix the problem they where brilliant 10/10 thanks lads
