Very worst service, pls anybody don't try,

Worst Experience & No Customer Support!
I placed a prepaid order (Order No: 8229-S1228498) on Vedson for a TP-Link Router worth ₹9,999.00. The item reached the local Shadowfax courier hub on July 3rd, and even after many days, it has not been delivered. I have contacted Vedson via WhatsApp, Email, and Live Chat multiple times, but they are completely ignoring my messages. Highly irresponsible company! Do not buy anything from Vedson, your money will get stuck.

Don't use Vedson site for any purchase. No updates and no tracking. Their chat service and order page are useless. You will not know what happened to your order. You will loose your money for sure. God only knows what is happening 😭

Absolutely terrible experience with Vedson.in. I purchased a WiFi Nano USB Adapter, and within just ONE DAY the device stopped working properly. A product failing this quickly clearly shows either poor quality control or defective items being sold.

What’s even worse is their pathetic customer service. After reporting the issue immediately and requesting a return/replacement, Vedson.in simply refused to accept the return. Once they get your money, they don’t seem to care about customers at all.

Selling faulty products and then denying returns is completely unacceptable. I wasted my money, time, and effort dealing with this nonsense. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Vedson.in unless you want to risk getting defective products with zero support afterward.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

Today is 14th June I have Order PCIE WiFi card on 31st May, till now it even not dispatched from the warehouse.

The service experience on this website has been extremely poor, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. After placing a prepaid order for an electronic product worth a considerable amount, the seller cancelled the order without any proper explanation, and I am still yet to receive my refund. This clearly reflects a lack of basic accountability and raises serious concerns about how both prepaid and normal transactions are handled on this platform.

What makes the situation worse is the complete absence of customer support. There has been no response to my emails, and calls to customer care have either gone unanswered or provided no meaningful resolution. This level of negligence is unacceptable for any platform handling customer payments.

If you are reading this, I strongly advise you not to purchase from this website. The entire experience shows poor service standards, lack of transparency, and disregard for customers’ time and money. A company that cannot ensure refunds after cancelling orders or even respond to basic queries cannot be trusted with any kind of transaction. Even after repeated follow-ups, I have still not received my refund, which only reinforces how unreliable this platform is.
