It is helpfull on finding vehicle and property reports. They gave me a refund when I asked to cancel my account because of the recurrent fees. Easy to contact customer service via chat which is convenient. I wish you could download the PDF report without needing to pay for it again. 31 dollars a month charged initially when you make the account should be enough to allow for PDF download.

This Customer Service is awesome the actual system that you use to check VIN numbers on vehicles, etc. actually work and provide you with the information that you need so it’s not a scam. I am in search of purchasing a used vehicle. I will be back to use the service later right now, I’m just gonna hold off but definitely get this service.

Signup is sneaky to get you to pay more than advertised. They did provide a refund.

They provided very detailed and helpful information. However, they were charging me $30 per month without my authorization. After I contacted their customer support, the $30 charges were refunded to me.

Basically, this is a scam. You get sucked in for a dollar, they get your payment information and then they use it to bill you for $30. They won't refund your money, it's basically a scam.
