I was able to get a vehicle report for much less than on Carfax. To my fault I didn't realize I would be charge more 30 days later but the team corrected the issue right away!! Great work!!

I was charged $30 in error and immediately contacted support and opened a chat. It took about a minute or less for the representative to issue a refund - which should appear in my account within 3-5 working days.

Top notch Customer service!
I was looking for information on a vehicle and thought the charge would only be $8. But when I checked my bank account, I was less an extra $30. I promptly chatted with customer service and she was able to help me understand the charges and was able to help me out with my issue. Thank you!

Found what I needed for a vin search. did actually sign up for some re-accuring charge of 20, but when I asked them to turn it off they gladly made it happen. nice job. didnt have to fight them.

This is a misleading company
This is a misleading company. They make you think you’re going to pay $1 for accessing one report when the truth is they will charge you $30 and then $30 each month. This company should be ashamed for themselves.

Customer Service is Great
A little misleading that you get charged $20 for the report package and membership after your $1 charge for the report itself. Either way, cheaper than carfax and customer service is very attentive
