Vehicles Reports Avis 20

Scam. Truck listed for 10 mins. They messaged and wanted to pay nearly full price. Organized meet up place and time. Last minute they ask for a history and insist on this website “vehiclesreports.com” to which I offered to send them carfax. They responded by saying it was my responsibility as a seller to provide a vehicle history report from the website of their choosing. When I offered the VIN so they could do it they declined.

This is a scam!! The same story has happened to me. He used some words that aren’t said in Canada and said he live in a town that is 50 minutes away from me which is actually 10-15 minutes away.
Anyways he asked for me to use this site to get a VIN report. I told him I would get one from a local But he said I had to get it from this site. I said I’d give him the VIN and he can get it from there because I didn’t feel comfortable giving cc info on an unknown site. I haven’t heard anything from him…..crickets! SCAMMMM

Scam. I believe it was "Don's" posting that was exactly the same experience as mine but this time it was a woman with pics of her kids and family. As soon as I mentioned I'd prefer carfax I never heard from them again.
The website has poor English and just looks bad. Avoid that site at all costs.

This Josefina person on facebook market insist that they only accept carfax from vehiclesreport.com.
Once I sent it. They gone silent.
If any buyer want a specific carfax website and promise to pay you when they meet you. Dont do it. You paid them and they will go silent.

Total Scam- my review is identical to the person posting on Feb. 10th, must be same guy. Insisted on this site, refusing the site we offered.
He was sent a little message back and reported back to Marketplace as a scammer. Too bad they don’t monitor these scammers better.
Read below- you pay with a credit card the scammer then gets your card information.

Same as the others. Posted an add on Facebook. Got a text from a guy with a private profile (Kids in his pic). Asked a couple of questions. set up a date to meet. He asked about cash vs certified check. Asked for a VH. I sent vin. He sent a poorly worded text saying his mechanic prefers Vehicles Report. Something was off so I googled it and found this page.
Said I wouldn't use that site and never heard from him again

My Auto Trader add was up for only 5 minutes and they were on me like a pack of wolves, non stop messages etc wanted to buy the bike for the full price, at the last minute before attendance said they needed a vehicle report from myvehiclereport.co.uk. I said no chance, Then they accused me of scamming and disappeared.

Is a scam. Buyer on FB marketplace had a locked account and wouldn't take any other report than from here. Offered my VIN and they were adamant they wouldn't look it up themselves and became pushy to have me just get it from this website.

Best VH report website ever they provided detail report in cheap cost, I refered this site for generating 100% authentic report

Same as everyone else has said, a supposedly interested buyer from Pistonheads emailed me, slightly poor communication skills, arranged to come see the car and then they ask for a Vehicles Report. Once i refused to do one (and certainly not a well known one like CarVertical) they go silent. Clearly a way to get your card details. Avoid at all costs.

It's a scam site, adbertised a car on Pistonheads and had emails from a Lisa Askew saying they wanted to come and buy, but then asked me to pay for this service at £39.99 so they could check the price.

Just had someone attempt to scam me using a. Locked profile, poor language, said I couldn’t use any site it had to be this one. Avoid this site. It’s connected to scams.

Scam website used by "interested" persons on Facebook Marketplace. Request that you complete a report and send it to them. Don't fall for it, check here first!

This is a fraud company that exploits your side on selling your car on pistonheads or auto trader etc.

Do not pay for a vehicle report you will get nothing and lose your money.

Same as below. Had an "interested buyer" from Pistonheads called Jean Rodriguez. Asked a couple of basic questions that were already answered in the ad, arranged a viewing and requested I use this website for a vehicle report. I already sent him one I did personally and he wouldn't accept it. Shady behaviour. AVOID this website and anyone requesting you to run a vehicle report for them. If anyone is actually interested they would do it themselves from a reputable website.

This is a bad site, they send fake buyers to AutoTrade and CarGuru to inquire about your vehicles for sale, these so called car buyers tell you they won't buy the car until you provide them with a Vehicles Reports VR report about your for sale vehicle, they won't accept any other report but this one, stay away from this scam site and the scammers posing as buyers.

I paid for a report with my Visa and received nothing I have sent several follow-up requests with no reply.
