I’ve just finished my 5th session of sclerotherapy and I’m so happy with the results so far! Dr Hatley is brilliant – very knowledgeable, kind, and he made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
He answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. I have been struggling with leg thread veins for many years and I can honestly say that I could not be happier that I decided to visit the thread vein clinic - an inveatment worth while for sure with amazing results.
I didn’t experience any pain or bruising, and everything is healing very quickly after each treatment. The difference already is amazing! I’m planning to go back after the summer to finish treating my legs and also have the veins on my face done.
Dr. Hatley's PA Karen, has also been wonderful – always accommodating, helpful, and very responsive.
Overall a very positive experience and I would highly recommend the clinic.

I left a review last year after my first few treatments and wanted to share an update after returning for several more sessions.

The results have been fantastic. The treatments have cleared the thread veins on my face and my skin looks so much better. The improvement has been remarkable, to the extent that I’ve had lots of compliments from people commenting on how good my skin looks.

Dr Hatley is clearly very experienced, and the treatments have always been quick, comfortable and completely painless. Karen has also been wonderful, always friendly, organised and very helpful when arranging appointments.

I’m genuinely delighted with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Hatley and the Thread Vein Clinic.

So pleased with the results, particularly how quickly it made a difference.
The whole process is pretty seamless. Very professional process. Have to pay in advance, this is fine as it shows commitment on both sides. Refundable if the consultation doesn’t result in a treatment for any reason.
Full pre treatment assessment done and then straight into treatment if appropriate. Last 5-10mins. Feels a little sharp as it was all on my nose, but I wouldn’t say it was painful in any way.
As advised, the area was a little tender post treatment and took a few days to settle down. I didn’t need to do anything different or use bandages etc, so very easy. Had a 2nd treatment a month later and I think that’s me done!
I’ll wait and see and decide after a few weeks but the difference is night and day. Very pleased and would fully recommend.

My spider veins on my leg are fading nicely with just the laser, Edward Hatley is just fantastic. I can’t have sclerotherapy due to DVT history and blood clotting disorder, he really put me at ease with explaining how the treatment works, and progress so far is very promising indeed. Thank you!

After 3 treatments with Dr Hatley the thread veins on my face have vanished. Hurrah! Dr Hatley is reassuring, took the time to explain the procedure and what to expect thoroughly and answered questions in detail. The procedure is uncomfortable but not painful and I had no discomfort afterwards. I'd done a lot of research beforehand and feel confident that Dr Hatley is absolutely expert in this field. Just wish I had done it sooner.

I have had 8 sessions dealing with very stubborn thread veins. Dr Hatley was empathetic and so kind during all of my treatment. I was very anxious as I had a bad experience with another clinic many years previously but felt very relaxed this time. From the warm welcome at reception to my appointment with Dr. Hatley, I felt well cared for. I underwent two sessions for thread vein removal on my face—something I've been self-conscious about for years. The results are incredible, I can't recommend Dr. Hatley highly enough.

Delighted with my treatment . After four sessions, veins I have had for years have disappeared. Dr Hatley was impressive & knowledgeable. Would revisit .

This is purely a review to let people know it does not work for everyone, I had a relatively small area that would not budge, I didn’t want to leave a review but i now have areas I never had anything before and my area of problem is worse than it was before… very short consultation but guessing due size and explained risk low but it does not always work…. I was offered a follow up consultation however I declined, as the area was worse and in new areas, having further treatment was not something I was willing to risk going by the results of the first treatment. My review is purely on the results and if it was temporary I would have not given a one star, unfortunately I have to rate my experience in this way as it has been months now with new areas and the larger main effected area visibly worse, had it been the same or slight improvement I would happily had a further consultation which ultimately would of advised further treatment.

Dr Hatley treated my thread veins on my face and I’m delighted with the care that I received and the excellent results. I thoroughly recommend.

I just finished a course of quick and relatively pain free treatments to removed thread veins that have been bothering me for a while.
My legs look great and this was such an easy and quick course of treatment, which I wish I would have done sooner. Very glad I went to Dr. Hatley.
