I ordered an item from this company in October, 2023 and, as of January, 30, 2024 I still havent received it. Their customer service maintains it is being delivered. I believe they are a scam operator. I have asked for a refund but they refuse.

Bad scam company. Ordered a sweater in October and still have not received it contacted the company by email and kept getting it’s in transit and should receive it soon. “If this is your first time ordering internationally, I would advise against purchasing from international companies. Since we share the same logistics, I strongly recommend that you consider shopping at local and online stores within your area, where you can receive your items in a more timely manner.
If you are considering disputing the charge with your bank, we completely understand, but we will provide evidence to show that the items have already been shipped, and returning the items is the only way to process a refund. I'm confident your bank will understand this.
Should you decide to open a dispute, whether you win or lose, we won't be able to assist you with your order, as there are costs associated with it that would render it non-profitable for us.
There are several factors to take into account when ordering internationally, including customs, weather-related issues, shipment challenges, and cargo problems.
I'll leave this email open for now. Repeatedly reiterating information about the shipment, which has already been addressed, is not productive from our perspective.

Fraud !! Please be aware. Its been 4 months since my order and no sign of my package yet.
Placed order for two sweaters over a month ago. Heard once from the company when I asked for a tracking number. Then..nothing. I believe it's a scam as it's now going on a month and a half and no delivery(s). No response. No communication. I would caution anyone ordering product off of Instagram. I don't think Instagram vets it's vendors very well. #scamalert
It is a fraudulent scam business! Don’t buy anything! I ordered a fall jacket on sept 18th , today is October 23 , no response from them on e mail , phone number in China does not connect !
