We purchased an electric bike from them a while ago, went to get it serviced with them and my wife fell in love with a Tern GSD. We wanted it for use in our camper, the guys there are all so very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We paid for the bike and it was delivered as requested, the outstanding bit is that we mentioned we would need to sell the old bike. They helped us to sell it at the potential cost of a sale for themselves. They were 1st class as usual! Thank you guys.

My wife and I have bought Moustache 27 Xroad 2 bikes from John at VelloSpeed Yarnton branch. First ebikes we have had and dealing with John was a pleasure giving us so much information no matter how trivial some the questions may have sounded to him. Good test ride around the large car park. Bikes well set up and delivered to us with John showing us the controls, charging,linking to the Bosch app etc. A pity more companies don't conduct their business with so much enthusiasm.
