Fulfillment and shipping issues

I subscribed for the sleep gummies in April 2025 and received the 1st shipment quickly. The next shipment was late, and the third was never shipped. I corresponded with the company via email multiple times, wondering why my order was not fulfilled, and ultimately cancelled my subscription. They did reimburse me for the last unrecieved shipment. Their shipment fulfillment process is flawed. Such a shame because I liked the product, but I don't like getting charged for a product that I waited 2 weeks for and then never received. Subscriptions should arrive on time.

Very poor customer service

I have been a long time product user. I recently placed an order for their Happy Tonics on April 18th under a Bogo sale. They told me they were out of stock and I would have to wait till
mid June I waited patiently till
Mid June. Called today Now they say August. I asked how they could be out of stock when they are filling subscriptions Autoships. I was told those take priority. Over my already 2 month back order. No sorry , no customer service option no willingness to help. I wanted upper management. Customer service would not give me anyone.
Vena you just lost a monthly subscriber. Do better for your customers and stop flooding my inbox with promos and bogos if you don’t prioritize regular non subscription orders.

Spammers with nothing to actually sell

I criticized their business, so they put me on their mailing list. In case you're curious, CBD works about as well as valerian or kava kava, and does about the same thing. You'd be wasting a *lot* of money on something that won't do a thing.

Their shipping is always late or lost…

Their shipping is always late or lost and despite their trying to pacify me, they keep telling me to trust the process and empty words mean less so with each order. I’m canceling my subscription and although I placed an additional order, their non stop poor customer service has me asking for a full refund. Icky customer service and company.

I love all of their stuff

I have tried most of their gummies and both of their drinks. The margarita mocktails are so good. My mouth waters thinking about them. I wish they could sell them in stores.
The lights out gummies are fantastic for sleep. I would recommend trying half of one first. When i ate a whole one I was very groggy the next morning.

Take a 1/4 of the gummy first

Firstly I tried the cloud 9 gummies and had a bad trip. I guess the THC was too much for my tolerance level, but I've smoked weed many times in the past and haven't experienced the great level of paranoia I felt when taking the gummies. Secondly, I posted a review on their website explaining my experience and I have yet to see it appear on there. I wonder how many other reviewers felt what I felt but didn't have their reviews put on the website? It would be helpful so someone with a lower tolerance takes a 1/4 of the gummy and not the whole thing as I did.

Watch Out

Update: After many back & forth emails, they finally rectified this and refunded my order. Still, be careful with those add-on offers. The product is good, so I'll continue to order from them. They also reply to emails so that's some good personal service. Original review: You do NOT want to add any of the post-offers once you've made your selection and started to check out. It is totally misleading and if you aren't extremely careful, you'll be buying more than was offered because it is not made clear at all what is actually being added. Twice they have tricked me and I ended up getting an extra item added in, and paying more...and immediately reached out to support but they said it was already processed! Really!? No one is able to send something out minutes later. That is a lie. They refused to correct it and now I have to deal with returning it when all they had to do was delete part of the order, refund me that portion and move forward. Or just cancel the whole order. No solutions, only "We can't" responses. Not falling for those offers ever again.

Scammers

Company offers a free sample of whatever CBD product you choose. I chose 'Lights Out' for sleep. Once added to the cart it changes to 'Cloud 9' due to a website glitch. I told the company this and showed proof of a screen recording showing it changes. They offered 0 resolution and wanted me to pay to send the wrong product back. Horrible customer service. Definitely shop elsewhere!!

Deceptive business practice
I responded to an advertisement for a free sample of a product and without my knowledge, this company put me on a subscription plan to which I never agreed. I was charged yesterday for product I had not ordered and have not received nor do I want to receive it. They will not refund or cancel the order.
