Very efficient high-end and absolutely trustworthy service. Items were handpicked by tier 1 transporter before being valued by Verado's experts and then assessed against market demand. Unfortunately, not what I expected and the items were returned in due time. Looking forward to trying it again, hopefully with more luck in the market.

Refused to remove me from the mailing list that I never signed up to despite numerous requests.

No option to unsubscribe in the mailshot either, clearly breaking GDPR rules

Good, fast service with no hassle. They also got me a better price than I had found over a few weeks of shopping around in the space of a few hours.

Customer service was great. They respond very quickly to any queries via email and were happy to speak over the phone to provide information regarding this sale and share knowledge on the markets over future possible sales. Smooth very quick process: Send it in -get an acknowledgement they have recieved it and that they are sending for it to be tested - couple of days they let you know they have tested and confirm reserve price - ask if you want to go ahead with this - immediately up for auction - email you the selling price 1 to 3 days depending on you item and the money paid in same day. Only drawback for me is the auction times are very short (1 to 3 days depending on your item) which decrease the price your product sells for and you don't get to see live bids on a website for your item - You just get an email saying it sold for this price. Untested whether you can get more for an item than on ebay - Might have a better idea if I use again.

Saw an ad on google for a vintage Rolex from Verado - signed up, paid, and recieved the watch after a fresh inspection (apparently they do this for every watch).V cool. Next time I'm looking I'll go to verado first

Sent them details of my Limited Edition Breitling which they then advertised on their website for an unreasonable price. Description was incorrect (wrong year). Advertised as full inspected when they had never seen the watch. Now removed from their website without telling me. I think they were just collecting watch photos and details for their website in the early days as there seems to be far more watches advertised now. Very unprofessional conduct overall. I would not trust them.

Very convenient: they take photos and collect the watch from your place. The price I got for my watch was better than those offered by other major watches websites.

Having been recommended to Watchr for selling my 2 watches I got in touch by phone and having sent them a photo of the watches was given an estimate in an email of what they might fetch. I decided to part exchange one of the watches and asked them to sell the other which was a Patek Phillipe Gondolo. I arranged to meet the Watchr contact in London as he had emailed to say he had a buyer and offered me a price for a quick sale. I was happy with the offer so took the watch to him together with box and paperwork and left it with him to send to their customer. Having received confirmation that the watch was acceptable I received the agreed payment 2 weeks later as per their agreement. No hassle and sale went very smoothly.
