Terrible service. Would rate Zero if I could. 3 appointment’s missed, no communication, wasted 3 days of my time (24 hours of waiting) excuse after excuse. Awful company, no customer service. 3 weeks on and I’ve not even had a visit. Now gone with a different company.

Didn’t turn up. Waited in all day

As an employee at Vergo, I was assaulted after a RTA, company failed completely in checking in on my well-being, even after I attended a hospital as well as filling in an incident report, no further correspondence from the company.

What a great company - we have had Mark here now for several visits and I can't rate him enough. He is fantastic at his job and you are lucky to have him working for your company a credit to you and a wonderful ambassador to represent you, thank you.

I was disgusted at the attitude of the agent I spoke to. The matter was urgent as I had a large wasps nest and multiple stings. The arrangement had been made by Home Serve emergency cover and was 5 days ahead, although an emergency. I was directed to call Vergo myself as an appointment 5 days ahead with a time frame from 8am to 6pm was totally unacceptable. I called and was told nothing could be done to change the arrangement, but that a manager would call me on the following day I received no call back and had to call yet again, having got Rentokill in to do the job, in a timely manner with a fixed time appointment. Poor Service fom Vergo is a complete understatement.

They do not turn up and they do a poor job on the site. I would not recommend them.

Very rude staff dismissing advised given ive shown several of your staff where the actual mice nest which has a big rat box next to it left by original contractors which has not filled once since VERGO has taken over making the mice problems worse as the main effected area is not getting treated so all day and night I see them running from point A.B....

If your staff are trained too do incident reports and site checks why aren't all box's and pest control kit replaced and filled over the estate of gillian Court as ever Tennant pays service charge to company I.e for replacement pesticides kit and actual pest control from qualified staff with the correct poison licence also.....

If you're staff are shown problems on site are they meant to address it by replace or if one isn't present take note send report to hq or go in van grab a box put a cube in it and make Tennant fill as his service charge is going to right company this is all on cctv the hole what mice digged out for access.. I can describe the first man I spoke to also a female on another occasion

Andrew Wilson has been doing our pest management at moreton huffkins for a few years now and has always been fantastic and very helpful and friendly! He definitely goes out his way to help in anyway needed. Gets the job done efficiently too.

Mark Donaghy has been visiting my site over the last 8 months. Mark is amazing, he is professional, trustworthy, diligent and an expert in his field. He always contacts me when he is on site and also gives me a full run down and report on the up to date position of what is happening. No question is to big or small and any answer is also explained in detail that I can understand. Mark is a pleasure to work with and is welcome on my site anytime. Mark and Steph recently attended to carry out a outside deep clean for me and they could not be more professional and efficent. I mainly have contact with Mark through his visits and he is genuinly caring about what he does. He is always helpful, approachable and will have a laugh.

From the very first visit, Andrew demonstrated outstanding professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. He conducted a thorough inspection of the property, identified all potential entry points used by the rats, and ensured that each one was properly sealed. On Tuesday 26th May, one of your technicians arrived at our home with no prior notice, no phone call, and no email confirmation. My wife was about to leave for work but allowed him in, assuming it was a legitimate appointment.

Before I left the house, I had placed £230 in cash in a visible spot in our living room. During the initial walkthrough, the technician passed the money and it was clearly in his line of sight. My wife then picked up the cash, counted it (£230 confirmed), and placed it in her handbag, which she left on the stairs.

She stepped into the back room to do some laundry while he worked on the ground floor. He repeatedly asked to go upstairs without any clear reason, which she declined. When he finished, he had my wife sign off on the work and left.

Immediately after he walked out, my wife went to the stairs and checked her handbag. The cash was still inside but had clearly been disturbed and was not how she had left it. She counted it and found only £130 remaining. £100 was missing. She called me straight away and I confirmed the original amount was £230.

We reported this to the company and have been left deeply disappointed by their response. They have wasted our time and have not taken this matter seriously at all, which is extremely concerning given the severity of what occurred.

We have since reported the incident to the Metropolitan Police. We are sharing this publicly to warn other customers and to make clear that this behaviour is not acceptable. A member of their staff allegedly stole from inside our home and the company has done nothing meaningful about it.

Mark was great today at our store, very friendly guy and does a great efficient job .

Absolutely terrible service. Engineers have missed repeated appointments despite confirming both via text and phone that they would attend. When they *have* come it’s been on the wrong day. The one appointment we had consisted of the engineer refusing to lift boards, advising against poison or traps, advising that it wasn’t worth investigating drains and basically saying once you have rats or mice you can’t get rid of them. A complete waste of time. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Excellent service. The operative, Chelsi, was very professional, very thorough, spent a long time examining the whole house including loft, garden and even the hard to get to space under the house. Kept us well informed throughout and was very reassuring.
