Customer service was nice
Customer service was nice. I got relatively quick response from Allen.
However, I don’t appreciate the platform was buggy and did not allow me to efficiently upload my documents quickly. This is a platform that’s treating delicate information and buggy platforms make it a very uncomfortable experience for users like me. Platforms like these should simply NOT be buggy. Please upgrade your the quality of your software developers.
