Effective assistance when needed.
I confess that at age 81 I found the online verification process at first very confusing, what with a plurality of organizations with different names - Clear Check, Apostille Online, Verify Online etc. So it was a great relief when I contacted VO´s Customer Service where an extremely helpful employee called Allen explained things in simple terms, dispelled my confusion and assisted me in resolving the matter speedily to my complete satisfaction. I was having difficulty uploading ID documents onto the system and ‘Allen’ helped me rectify this. He even followed with an email to ensure I had been able to complete this. I do not think I would managed without his assistance. I was so thankful for his help.

I was forced to use this service
I was forced to use this service by clear check there was no other option than to pay the £15 as I had already paid 47.00 plus 101.50 to clear check for a dbs I cancelled my dbs order in the end but didn’t get a refund and am currently waiting for the card disputes team at my bank to look at this. I have also contacted trading standards with the help of citizens advice as they said this is wrong that o was forced to pay to verify my documents
