Everyone i talk to is friendly and helpful. Communication is great and you get plenty of advanced notice on renewals. My only criticism is the whole communication system isnt the most mobile friendly. Something kept making all the emails I was getting look really sketchy, so I ignored them until the second.

Well for 2-3 years I had renewed my medical card with a provider just fine. This year I was offered a Dr Denkle- who apparently wasn’t vetted to care for patients in this capacity. Now I’m out the$$$ paid for above service, stuck in the circle jerk of cca, provider and you passing responsibility to the other.
The street dealer has a better service model !

Everything was great when I got to see…
Everything was great when I got to see the Dr. The first one was a no-show so the appt had to be rescheduled. That’s the only thing keeping my rating from the fifth star.

They have screwed up my doctors visit…
They have screwed up my doctors visit and it has not yet been reported to the state and I cannot renew. Had confusion last year as well. This is not good service.

Paid for renewal - card not updated
I paid for and completed the renewal process with a Veriheal doctor over two weeks ago and was assured by phone and email I was all set. My credentials still have not been updated and will expire in less than three days. I followed up with Support and have heard nothing in 48 hours, despite the urgency.

Great doctor visit!
Dr Irina Staicu is what made my experience so wonderful this time. She was very thorough, friendly and professional. She was the first doctor who turned on her camera for the appointment. (I don’t mind if the doctors don’t have their cameras on,) but it was really nice to see the doctor during the appointment. She was very caring and made sure that I had all my questions answered before ending the call. Very impressed!
