Doctor was 15 minutes late to the…
Doctor was 15 minutes late to the appointment. I then have to call back two weeks later to renew, but I was told I needed to speak to a doctor two weeks prior or my license would be void. This is not true. Why do I have to call Veriheal and ask them to do their job two weeks later that I already paid them to do? I SHOULDN'T! I definitely won't be using this company any further. I have issues with them EVERY SINGLE TIME. In fact, this is the second doctor since I dismissed the first one for always forgetting to do her job! As soon as our appointment was over, she would forget that her job isn't over! She has to renew my prescription, but that moron would always forget. Veriheal is a total shit show. You've been warned.
