It is so convenient.
What I really liked was that you contacted me saying my subscription was coming up. So I made an appointment with the doctor. Turns out he was busy at the time we arranged, but we later connected. Found out that my subscription is not due until November and the Doctor told me that he would send it approval in near the time of my renewal. I really appreciate that. THANKS.

My son has seen Dr. Alexander 4 years now. It started as myself a caregiver and now my son is an adult and continuing with the service. They offer card assistance for a charge of $10 which is very helpful. Your first go around. It was tough but always keep your login information safe so you don't forget and your patient ID number and you're good to go there after.

My doctor did not send my certification…
My doctor did not send my certification in. I contacted veriheal both times and was told I would receive an email when it was completed. I was never informed when it was finally sent.
