The company was great and very…
The company was great and very responsive before the sell. When the item arrived (it was left on my porch, no signature required), it appeared used, damaged and missing parts. When I contacted them via email I was told that it was the couriers fault and that their return policy states to reject damaged product upon delivery. I explained that I did not have that option. After some back and forth the issue was escalated to a manager who refunded the purchase. I am satisified with the outcome. I will note that the item did seem well made.

The dividers are used in our pool area…
The dividers are used in our pool area to keep the neighbors from looking at us. They stand on their deck and stare at us. very odd. The dividers give us privacy and they lasted so far over 6 seasons. Just bought another for more privacy.

I experienced both great and not so good customer service. The good news is, you are always dealing with humans and if you are persistent you will get to a very good, customer service-oriented person.
The block wall product is fantastic. It was easy to build and install, very good quality, and attractive. I was surprised at the stability of my 8-foot-high block wall.
Good product, nice people. A pleasure to work with if you understand, sometimes humans make mistakes, give them a chance they will rectify the problem. They did for me.

This product was exactly as advertised
This product was exactly as advertised. I was surprised how lightweight it was, which for us was a bonus since we needed something moveable. Shipping was prompt, and fairly inexpensive. Product was easy to assemble once I downloaded the assembly instructions, but they were not included in the packaging.
