We have now placed 2 orders and have been asked for the info for others to buy. These have a huge hit and very versatile. I have zero negatives.

The partitions were shipped on a timely manner.

-I ordered the wall 1/21/25 and received wall
no hardware received
-Contacted Ian. He got the hardware ordered and charged me. Had to call Versare and speak to someone else to ask why I was charged for harware. That woman fixed it.
-Hardware eventually came, but was missing one of the wall brackets.
-I left two voice messages about missing bracket - no response
-Sent an email saying missing a bracket, received a message saying my email was received
-Didn't hear anything else.
- Called Versare again on 2/14/25. Spoke to a nice girl. She said the wall bracket is ready to ship and I would get an email with a tracking # but nothing came.
-Today, 2/20/25 I've not received the wall bracket or an email. My Versare wall is still not attached to my clinic wall (nearly a month later.)
-I called Versare again 2/20. The person I spoke with "TJ" initially said the bracket was being shipped. But then realized he was talking about the initial hardware order #599236 which I have already received. Then he wanted to send me to Ian, who already had messed up my order. I asked to speak with someone else as I'm losing confidence with customer service. TJ said he'd review and think about who needs to be the one to help me.
- That's where I'm at now.

I was amazed by how light weight these panels were, and I love how easy they were to put together. I truly appreciate the modular design that will allow me to reconfigure/add walls in the future as my needs change. I didn't realize it at the time, but I'm happy I ordered the sizes that I ordered: I needed four 6'x8' cubes, and to make up the 8' section, I almost bought a 5' and a 3' panel but then decided to buy two 4' panels. After putting everything together, I soon realized that I could simply add a 2' or 3' panel and turn that one workspace into two 4' wide workspaces.

I love my partitions! I used them in my apartment partially to deaden sounds but mostly for their appearance. I was worried the photos would be depicting them as higher quality than they are, and that I may have a pallet's worth of expensive partitions to either return or feel forced to live with or... but, to my pleasant surprise, the panels and fabric and top/bottom caps are even higher quality than I had hoped. They look and feel absolutely lux.

Sent a defective unit. Took days to get an answer at all about what was wrong with the unit. Initial diagnosis was it was a control module problem - that was incorrect. Then they figured out it was a bad motor. Each interaction on trying to figure this out took days. They eventually sent a leg unit with a working motor - now I'm stuck with the old one - a 40"x12"x6" box that they never sent a return label for. It is electronic so local trash service will not take it. Also, when taking apart to replace noticed that the hardware is so cheap many of the bolts and screws are stripping out already.

They were not honest about the availability of the product. I asked them at the time I ordered the product if the product was in stock & I was told yes. I was told that the product will be shipped within 2 weeks. Four weeks later, I checked on the status of my order & I was told that the product was out of stock. I work at a school and we like to plan because when kids are involved, that's what you do. It was a huge setback for us to have received the product 10 weeks later. They could have been honest & told me that the product was out-of-stock when I asked them so we could have an alternate plan for our students.
The local freight forwarder that they used however was very accommodating, there was a huge storm on the scheduled delivery day so I called them to reschedule the delivery for another day and they gladly did even though their driver was on their way.

The ordering process was easy and the shipments arrive as promised.

We received two divider walls. One showed up damaged. Talked to customer service and they made everything right. We appreciate you all making this right!

We ordered two of these for our Church gathering hall to separate sections off for classrooms. They are beautiful, well designed and functional. They move super easily - even for an old lady like me! One of the panels arrived slightly damaged and the customer service was so prompt and efficient and completely resolved the situation extremely quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone!

Versace has excellent customer service. They have the customer in mind as primary.

I really like the help I got via the chat. Answer were fast, short and effective!
Super easy to assemble. My coworker and I even enjoyed putting all the pieces together. I really appreciate the fact that I did a mistake with my ordering and you guys fixed it. I was really when when I noticed while opening the boxes. Fast delivery also.

The room divider is great, but not ideal for people with cats who want to climb them.

cOMMUNICATION AND DELIVERANCE OF MY NEEDS.

Item arrived poorly packaged and damaged.

My order came in promptly. There was some damage to one of my items and they rectified it quickly to my satisfaction. The product is well made and what I expected.

We were looking for a dividing wall for our front office area and the 3-piece panel was perfect. It came in quickly and was extremely easy to set up.

We needed some additional divider panels for our church, so I contacted the Versare crew. They were so helpful and placed the order quickly, the items didn't take very long at all to get shipped, and the driver for the Old Dominion truck that delivered went out of his way to be gracious and extra helpful when unloading at our church. This was a winning exchange!

The order came in good time. One panel was damaged in transit but I contacted Versare and they were very responsive. They replaced the damaged panel in excellent time. The entire experience was very seamless and pleasant.
