Outstanding service from Vertu Motorcycles in Exeter from start to finish. I recently purchased a BMW RT1300 bike through them, and the entire experience was absolutely first class. A huge thank you goes to Darren Duff, who was brilliant throughout the whole process. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful, answering all my questions without any pushy sales tactics. The communication was spot on, keeping me updated every step of the way, and the bike handover was handled flawlessly. It is rare to find this level of dedicated customer care these days. I ordered a new bike which I picked up a few days later. Michael did the handover which involved showing me the controls etc. I highly recommend buying a motorcycle from this dealership.

My experience with Vertu BMW Sunderland…
My experience with Vertu BMW Sunderland was nothing short of first class. I initially saw Mark Exley and he couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful taking me through options and a test ride.
On the day I went to collect my new motorcycle I was taken through the process with an excellent young salesman by the name of Jonny Bland who again couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful guiding me through every part of the process and setting my bike up for my requirements.
To cut a long story short I damaged the front brake disc after only an hour or so my own stupid fault..!!
I returned to my dealer for help and Jonny organised a demo bike for me without hesitation, went out his way to find a top box so that I could put all my stuff in and ride home as bike was not in action. I should also mention Jonny installed a Givi top box plate on arrival to my new bike which I had to leave behind, a new break disc ordered and into the workshop..!!
I rate Jonny highly enough I will be back in the future.👌👌👌

I visited Virtue BMW in Shipley in June to throw a leg over a bike I’d been thinking about for a while. Walking into the dealership I was welcomed by Fiona who asked if she could help with anything, within minutes I was out riding a demo of the bike and upon my return I found the staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions without being pushy or trying to sell me the bike.
I was offered a trade in price on my bike and found that deal could be done on a brand new S1000 XR TE M sport.
I’m very pleased with the bike and the whole customer experience was very pleasant and I would highly recommend Virtue BMW Shipley.

Just purchased our BMW R1300 RS from Vertu Shipley. The whole experience was very pleasant indeed. The part exchange was very fair and Richard Watson was very professional and was very thorough. We rode 180 miles after speaking to the sales man at Sunderland. He was honest in his appraisal of the new bike and gave me a good price for mine. We bought the bike. Everything went smoothly. There is a Holiday Inn on the opposite side of the road which was quite good value if you are travelling a distance. The showroom is worth a visit and one of the best BMW showrooms I have seen.
