We have been BMW VERTU Motors customers for a few years now because the service is exceptional ech visit. The sales team treat you with respect, they are very knowledgeable and provide the best deals for their clients. Our recent purchases were facilitiated by Michael Deo who we highly recommend, a consumate professional.

Sam falkous was a great salesman from start to finish, I picked up my new X1 and he was great, would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately it’s not been a great experience. I initially made an enquiry on a BMW i4 with a BMW Ix PX, with PCP this lead to money back from my BMW IX totalling a sum over 20k. After talking to the sales person and requesting a personal video of the car due to distance and being able to show my wife he promised it within the hour so I went ahead and placed a holding deposit etc, it’s my understanding this individual has now left. It took over 3 days to get the video with constant calls which were not returned, eventually after several excuses from the sales person like the compound is locked or the cars in preparation the video arrived and was informed that the vehicle had no external body marks and was in great condition.
Due to distance the car was delivered to a more local branch via a contracted driver, the vehicle arrived with less than 10% battery, I was informed by the salesman that it was just a handover of keys due to BMW Teeside dealing with the transaction and that’s exactly what happened, literally just passed the keys.
I took the car to be washed and noticed over 10 stone chips on the bonnet which had been poorly repaired, not the exact words of the salesman via the video, M sport badges missing from the alloys and the leather seats were also very dirty to also include a leaking passenger side tyre valve, tried calling sales representative and also an email with no reply, when he did call back I informed him of the mentioned issues and I had also not received the promised PX payment of over £20,000, within minutes of him putting the phone down he emailed me saying I would receive an email soon asking for feedback of my experience and can I give him a 10 out of 10 as his manager views them, I was astonished by this as he was aware how dissatisfied I was.
To date I still haven’t received the promised payment.
I can’t stress enough how disappointed I am and to make things worse I have not had any contact with Teeside with any apology or token of goodwill compensation.

I had such a lovely experience at Vertu Motors BMW Teesside. Lewis was fantastic from start to finish - such a genuine and friendly guy who really put me at ease. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel stress-free. Connor was also brilliant and so helpful along the way.

the service here is shocking , i took my BMW X5 there for a mess air flow sensor, this was a Tuesday , we know it was a mass airflow sensor as my local guy plugged his diagnostics in and told me the fault, then they call couple days later and say it needs a manifold ?? i ask why you taking the manifold off no explanation, eventually i said it dint want it so they fitted a particulate sensor also that i dont think it needed ,
they relieved me of almost a £1000 for parts that cost a fraction of that , anyway 10 days after i get my car back and on the way home i realise that there is no power, they removed the manifold and didnt put new gaskets on so was sucking in air and loosing power , my local guy repaired it easily for not much cost ,,
what cowboys they are , i wouldn't advise anyone to go here , they are a waste of time disgusting service dont know what they are doing and rip off their customers ,

On 9th May at 3:57 PM, I contacted BMW Vertu Teesside and spoke to a member of the Sales team to arrange a test drive for the new BMW X3. The test drive was booked for Saturday, 17th May at 10:00 AM.

I made the effort to travel to the dealership at the agreed date and time, only to be told by a confused staff member that the vehicle was off-site. This was frustrating enough, but the situation worsened when I spoke to the Sales Manager (initials CJ), who acknowledged the issue and apologised by promising that the vehicle would be delivered to my home address to test drive at my leisure with a full tank of fuel as a gesture of goodwill. I left my contact details with the staffer.

It is now 2nd June, and I have received no follow-up, no vehicle, and no communication. To be let down once is disappointing — to be let down twice is completely unacceptable. This experience suggests that customer service and communication are not priorities for Vertu BMW.

I hope someone at BMW HQ sees this and takes action, because Vertu BMW Teesside clearly needs to improve its standards.
