The service received from Harvey and Gareth, coupled with the price they were able to offer, resulted in me cancelling the original order and leasing through Vertu. Professional throughout and brilliant customer service.

We recently purchased a Ford Puma 123kW Electric from Bristol Street Ford, and we couldn’t be happier with both the car and the service we received.
From the moment we walked
into the dealership, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. the salesperson was fantastic throughout the entire process—friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything about the car, answered all of our questions clearly, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our decision.
Collecting the car was also a great experience, everything was done smoothly and professionally, big thanks to all.

Great experience at Vertu Gloucester, with Andrew walking us through the process from start to finish. Not as daunting as I thought it would be! We really felt looked after and ended up driving away with a great deal.

Enquired about a 26 plate Seal, and all was going great until they advised the roof glass was split.
After a bit of emails back and forth, with the dealer trying to establish a sale, I decided to cancel the sale and asked for my £99 holding deposit to be refunded (this did not happen) after a bit of further communication, they decide totally ignoring me was the best way forward for them.
Up until that point they had been ok,
It is a shame they were not very helpful in the end, they had the car I wanted, but clearly did not want my business, but were happy to hang onto my reservation deposit.

Pressure free purchase. Great communication. I have bought several new cars over the years. The experience can be daunting with loads of pressure to buy extras and stressful negotiations. I did not know anything about BYD cars but thanks to Andrew I am now the owner of a Dolphin Surf.
I wanted a small electric car and this is just that but feels roomy inside .

Friendly salesman, but was a bit disappointed that even after I said I wanted to pay cash and explained why I was still asked by the manager why I didn’t want finance and did I realised it offered me more protection, it was verging on hard sell.
Apart from that everything went smoothly and I was over the moon with the car

What stood out most was her honesty — she didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear, but instead gave realistic, practical advice that helped me make a well-informed decision.
Georgina kept my expectations grounded while still making the process feel exciting, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout — I was regularly updated on progress, so I never felt left in the dark.

Steven Bill was absolutely fantastic with regarding the sale of our new Puma. Steven asked what we required in a new car and produced 2 options for us to consider. He was very informative, down- to- earth, professional and engaging throughout. Steven followed up on phone calls; took the time to go through all the functions of the car and ensured I felt confident to drive the car away from the fore-court. Nothing was too much trouble. Steven made the buyer of our new car stress free and such an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend him.

From the time that we saw the advert on line for the car, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We visited Vertu in Gloucester, were made welcome, went for a test drive and said yes to purchasing the car. We might have hit a snag as we didn't have either mobile phone with us and couldn't leave the deposit. NO problem, an easy (and kind for two not very savvy tech users) option was suggested. Everything went through and we now have a new car. Thank you!
