Vessel health’s app is extremely user friendly and informative. With the vessel pee test I was able to see my nutrition levels easily in under 5 minutes! I’ll definitely use the Vessel pee test again.

Great product
Great product. Easy to use and results are very accurate. I've tested myself twice already and so happy for Creatinine, B9 and B12 coming soon. This test can really help you improve your wellness.

Vessel has helped me live a healthier life!
I am aspiring to be a healthier and happier person. Eating well and being active are both great, I know I feel better after a couple of days of doing so. But there always comes a day when I question why I am doing it. Junk food and cold sodas always sound great, I feel healthy, why not break from the healthy lifestyle. With vessel, I can see the results of my work. When I commit to being healthy, my health score goes up. I can see how much I have improved. I am completely satisfied with my investment into the Vessel Health Team and myself!

Great product
WOW!!! I really like how in just couple easy steps you can have answers about your health. I like the app, it's easy to use, and I really like the videos which guide you through... When I finish with testing, app shows me what type of food I should use to improve my health, which exercises I should do...... Simply GREAT PRODUCT !!!!!

Vessel app is very easy to use and provides the best interface.One of the best way to track overall health.

Food and supplement plan was never so easy
Using Vessel I am able to track my body reagents. And based on the results its so easy to get food and supplement plan. This is really time and money effective.

Not only was my costumer service impeccable with Layla, everything about the concept of Vessel is absolutely amazing. I am very excited to continue to watch them improve and enhance their product. I am really loving my tests, but as a new company, they do have some road bumps and App glitches here and there. Wow! What a great concept! No longer do I have to wait 1-2 hours to get my blood drawn only to wait days to weeks to get my results, now I can get them instantly! Vessel provides a convenient, effective and easy way to find out how I need to change my diet and supplement intake to best optimize my health. Not only do you get results almost instantly, but you can create customized vitamins that are actually what you need. I can’t wait to continue using to see how my health improves!

Do not trust them with your credit card information.
Do not trust the product to work.
And do not think for one minute canceling will be easy.

We are so sorry to hear that you are frustrated with our cancellation policy. I want to start by sharing that our cancellation policy was set up in an effort to be 100% fair to all of our members. We do offer a membership plan that can be canceled at anytime and for any reason- our month to month plan. We also offer 6 and 12 month plans that come at a lower monthly rate but lock you into that timeframe. All of our plans allow members to cancel within 30 days for any reason as well.
If one of our 6 or 12 month members requests to cancel we can do that but ask that they pay back the difference in savings they've enjoyed thus far in the membership. This then allows us to move you to the month to month plan where we can easily cancel. We owe it to our month to month members who pay a slightly higher premium for that flexibility to enforce this.
It does look like you've been working with our Customer Loyalty Team and they've offered this option to you. We are more than happy to move forward with your cancellation once you confirm your desire to move to our month to month plan.
As always, we would much rather work together with you to re-build your confidence in our product and share some of our most recent updates (like free nutritional coaching via chat for all members). Lastly, we absolutely will share this feedback with our leadership team as we are committed to always using member feedback to evolve our product and member experiences.
