Honor Those Who Served. Donate Your Vehicle Today.
America's veterans gave everything in service to our country. Veteran Car Donations gives you a simple, meaningful way to give something back. When you donate your car, truck, boat, motorcycle, RV, or almost any other vehicle, the proceeds go directly toward funding programs that support veterans and their families, including job training, housing assistance, mental health services, grief support, and legal aid.
While the government does what it can, countless veterans and their families still fall through the cracks. Veteran Car Donations helps bridge that gap by partnering with trusted, certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that are on the ground, doing the work, and changing lives every day. Your donation fuels that mission.
Most Vehicles in Most Conditions
Whether your vehicle is running or not, chances are we can take it. We accept cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, motorcycles, ATVs, boats, personal watercraft, RVs, campers, trailers, tractors, and more. If you're not sure whether your vehicle qualifies, just give us a call and we'll be happy to help.
The Process Is Simple and Free
Donating your vehicle takes just three steps. You contact us online or by phone, we schedule a fast, free pickup at a time and place that works for you, and we handle all the paperwork from there. After your vehicle is sold, you receive an IRS tax-deductible receipt. There is no cost to you and no DMV hassles.
Proudly Serving All 50 States
We operate nationwide, connecting donors in every state with certified nonprofit organizations serving veterans and military families in their own communities. No matter where you are, your donation makes a difference close to home.
Our veterans didn't hesitate when their country called. Now it's our turn to show up for them. Your unused vehicle can be the start of something that truly matters.
Our Promise to You

- You're honoring veterans. We honor that with every interaction.
- You chose to stand up for those who stood up for us, and that means everything to us. We've built our entire process around making your experience fast, friendly, and hassle-free. We never stop working to improve, because you and the veterans you're helping deserve our very best.
Nothing Should Stand Between You and Helping a Veteran.
You focus on giving. We'll handle the rest, free of charge.
We believe nothing should stand between you and the chance to support a veteran. That's why every donation we accept includes free vehicle pickup, scheduled at your convenience. No towing fees, no hidden costs, just a simple, cost-free way to make a difference. In some cases, geographic location may affect whether we are able to accept a donation, but if we say yes, pickup is always free.

Very Easy Process
I was very happy with the easy of donating my car. They kept me up to date when the car was going to be picked up. I received a letter of thank you telling me that once the car was sold, I would receive a letter on the sale price and all the paperwork for the tax receipt. Everything happened just as they said it would.

Even though the tow truck had a nail in his tire and would have been late, he sent someone else in a car to pick up the title and keys and give me the donation forms. Excellent work.

Overall
Overall, company did well. What I did not like was that there were no contingencies for breakdowns. Leaving a car with the keys in and title is not best to begin with, but having to do it twice is even more worrisome for the person doing the donating, esp. if the vehicle is in running condition.

John, thank you for your feedback and for donating your vehicle. We’re glad to hear that your overall experience was positive, but we understand your concern about having to leave the vehicle, keys, and paperwork for pickup more than once. Unfortunately, the tow driver experienced an unexpected flat tire on the originally scheduled pickup day and arranged with you to return the following day. We’re sorry the change in plans caused additional worry and inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind as we continue working to improve the pickup experience for our donors.
My experience was great
My experience was great. Very effortless and quick. They were very professional. Prompt and responsive, The tow company responded immediately to set pickup date. Tow arrived on time, gave me necessary information, had vehicle loaded in matter of minutes and was gone. Excellent service.

If anyone wants to donate a vehicle, the process is very simple. They took all my information. I just had to call the towing company to schedule a pickup of the car. I could not take off the plates, but the tow truck driver did that for me. It was painless and quick.

Absolutely the best donation experience ever!
From the online form to the phone call with the representative to the tow truck driver and eventual pickup, the whole process was absolutely seamless.
My car was at a dealership and they wanted it picked up within 48 hours if possible and veterancardonations.org had it picked up by 9:30 the next morning! Everyone was so helpful and grateful. I could not asked for a better experience. Special shout out to Bryan, the tow truck operator.
He was simply amazing.
