Arnaque. Nous avons réservé la voiture sur internet en payant déjà une première fois. Arrivés sur place on nous demande une carte de crédit sans nous prévenir en amont. Nous avons du payer une fois de plus sur place. Aujourd’hui, presque 2 mois après la réservation, je vois qu’ils me prélèvent 61€ sur mon compte sans m’en avertir. Je ne comprends pas cette agence il va falloir m’expliquer. Sachant qu’aucun check in et check out ont été effectués.

Therefore, in consideration of your review, it would have been appropriate, for intellectual honesty, to provide more details regarding your rental, such as for example your name and surname or rental agreement number, in order to be able to investigate your file and provide you an acknowledgment fact. It could also be assumed that, since we have no details on your name and/or hire, your review is simply aimed at harming the image of our Dear Company by spreading comments that are not very credible and in this case slanderous.
