Very efficient and helpful
The epc Assessor Marc was very pleasant and explained everything clearly to us.
Although he did the work efficiently, he had time to chat for a few minutes which made his visit more pleasurable for him and us.
After he had completed the assessment he explained the energy rating, how he had judged it and what it meant

Good personable assessor; efficient and gave adequate notice. Price is at the top end of the range for an EPC though.

Thorough professional EPC assessment
We had a prompt reply following the booking and given a morning appointment slot to narrow down the waiting time.
Ryan was friendly, respectful, professional and very knowledgable about energy efficiency. he answered all my questions and gave us more to think about. The EPC report was produced the same day...excellent service!

Professional and efficient service
We used Vibrant through our Skipton BS member benefits and Abigail came to perform the EPC. She was polite and professional and respected our property. She advised the report would be completed that afternoon and by teatime, the new EPC was validated on the Government website. Would highly recommend Vibrant.

My experience
My experience was only great after I had to cancel the first person Carol Phillis after receiving was felt like a rude call from her like she was dictating to me about my appointment
I did not like her tone of her energies
After calling to cancel her and rebook with another person the gentleman that came was very helpful and most respectful in my home

Minor electrical works
Minor electrical works following annual review left me with no lights upstairs. Landing, bedrooms or bathroom.
I have tried to report this! Even via my landlord.
3 days later and still no contact or lights!
Ai is rubbish and 2 reviews completed whilst trying another number.
Bring back real people who want to help. Please!
