Your assessor fell out of our loft. Smashed our kitchen tap off and broke the work top. And you’ve not replied to my email or just contacted me. We are in the process of selling our house so needs to be fixed urgently.

Energy Performance Assessment and Certificate
Very useful as a homeowner to have an assessment and Certificate of energy performance that is valid for 10 years. Vibrant Energy Matters undertook the survey efficiently and quickly provided the Certificate with costed recommendations where improvements could be made and the energy savings that could accrue. The only point I would make is that the Surveyor could have asked more questions about the property during the visit. This would have avoided the need for follow-up e-mails clarifying some of the assumptions made.

Very professional and considerate
The man that did the EPC I think was called Steve. The day he came, my daughter was sick and was asleep in the living room. Steve was quiet, he whispered and tiptoed around so as not to wake my daughter. He was so considerate and thoughtful. I was really impressed and super grateful that my daughter didn’t get woken up! Thanks so much Steve!
