The appointment was made through the estate agent it was well organised and kept updated through out the young man even rang me on the day to tell me of his visit time when he arrived he explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. once finished he explained that he would get the report to the estate agent the next day he did not disappoint

Polite personnel, but recommendations not totally right.
Staff member was very polite. EPC and recommendation documents were not as accurate as I would expect. For example the recommendation included an ASHP which we have already.
