Brilliant service! Although they couldn't supply what I requested as it had been discontinued they still searched their stockroom and showroom just in case there was a sample left somewhere. I finally was able to give my Scottish daughter in law her cooking mitts,coasters,apron . I'm not sure what else. She appreciated what I did and the nostalgia from well made UK gifts. Her dad still lives there .She enjoyed it all.

Excellent service. One of plates was faulty and when I complained they whizzed into action immediately and replaced the plate with two in time for me to hand over the complete gift the following lunchtime! Above and beyond!

Service felt personal. Products packaged well and as described. 4 stars purely because my Hermes delivery was a day late - having claimed to have tried to deliver (when we were in) the subsequent redelivery messaging was very confusing. It arrived the next day when the driver had the gumption to call and say he couldn't find me (not sure why - no-one else has a problem)
