Best money I have ever spent! Such fun to be able to see old films so conviently on DVD. The grandchildren scream with laughter seeing their mother as a little girl. Excellent and quick service.

Video magic gets the job done when other firms just give up. The tapes I had of our children were old and slightly damaged but Colin at video magic persevered with them and I now have priceless copies of our children growing up. Video magic obviously take pride in their work and I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future.

A Title was recorded on the disc without the video clip, Then the same clip recorded without the title)
Two video clips were not joint together.
Anyway,I can live with it.

I had this copied from cine film to Betamax in the early 80s.
In fact , the tape I sent to Video Magic was a copy of the original tape made by me between two Betamax recorders.
This tape has been lying around for 30 years before being conterted to AVI.
The quality is far better than I would have expected for the conditions.

I found this company on the Internet. They were local to me (10 miles away). I took my old video cassettes along, I had felt a little uneasy about getting them put onto dvd because they were so precious, (my daughter from 1st born to 3yrs old) but as she was now 9, and knowing that the quality of the video deteriates over time, I wanted to get them done. So I would have to leave them in the care of someone else!. I felt confident after speaking with who I think was the owner, and seeing the many thank you cards of praise on the walls. My order was dealt with efficiently, and I was told it could take up to 3 weeks. However I could track progress of my order through the link which they sent via email. I was very pleased to be able to follow progress and see when they had made a start, to my surprise after 1 week I received a call to say they were ready for collection. I hurried there the next morning. I paid, and was impressed to see all 5 cassettes had been put on 2 dvds in the one dvd case. Once again I was dealt with efficiently and left to return home straight away to watch them!! The quality of the dvds (white with text saying "The Brown Family" on) are professionally done. And like wise there is a white background/film tape edging on the tv screen with the title, play etc. The link from each recording runs smoothly. Audio and picture quality is excellent. I would recommend this company if like me you have cassettes gathering dust that you can now longer veiw by video player. Don't be fearful or worried about getting them back, or will they go missing. They are in good hands. JUST make sure to send them by the safest secure way! I will use this company again. I'M VERY PLEASED with the results.
