The Video Magic website is clear and easy to use. If you ring them they are knowledgeable and happy to help. I had a problem with my old tapes and they went to great lengths to retrieve as much material as possible. I would happily recommend this company to anyone.

One CD had irritating flicker across the bottom , the other so much flickering across the screen that it was unwatchable. I am now trying out a competitor.

Went to them a week before Christmas and wanted 12 videos changed to dvd. Kept me up to date on when they were being done and when they were done. Very helpful and done the work on a very busy period in 5 days. Would highly recommend.

Two weeks before Christmas, we entrusted more than 20 of our treasured family video tapes from long-abandoned, broken Sony camera to Video Magic with a request that if possible they be converted by Christmas. They rose to the task magnificently - all were returned , converted in fabulous quality and in time to make the best Christmas present ever - a complete family archive on DVD, showing our now grown-up children previously unseen and forgotten footage of them growing up. Magical and irreplaceable. Thank you.

The guys cleaned up old tapes that had had coffee thrown over them & were really sticky. Also did some basic editing on "Family Christmas" type videos where it had just been left running on an empty room.

Very personable on the phone, quick turn around, managed to get good quality video from poor quality tapes.

I have sent a number of Super 8 films to be converted and each time the service has been perfect.
Delivery was as they promised and the transfer quality exactly as I expected.

Trusting your home videos of the children growing up to a postal service is rather scary, however this company had a very clear website, gave clear information on what was happening with my order and even took the trouble to phone to ensure they got the videos in the right order.

Transfers were completed in two weeks, much faster than competitors, and they were assiduous in checking details. Really friendly on the phone and I felt that this is very mcuh a consumer-facing business with a string service ethic. Strongly recommended.

The transfer from camcorder tapes to a DVD has enabled us to see our now grown up children when they were small. There was so much we had forgotten, and as I ordered 2 copies, I will give a copy to each daughter at Christmas .

I contacted video magic by email to seek advice on the best way to transfer video footage onto DVD of my daughters wedding. They gave a prompt response ensuring maximum quality of product. The final DVD is excellent - well edited and some nice touches to make it look very professional indeed.

Video Magic did exactly what they said they would and we were very pleased with the result. They offered to have another look at one of our tapes free of charge when we thought we were missing a time period, which was very helpful. We would use them again and recommend them.
