I unfortunately had a rough experience this time around. The very first time I ordered a pair of L leggings they were magnificent. They looked good, felt good and made me feel good. This time I decided I would order a size up, so an XL, for some extra comfort. I ordered three pairs, all the same size but different colors. The grey pair which fit perfectly but had a small hole in the seams. The white which fit perfectly but in comparison to the grey were extremely high waisted, and also looked horrible on me. The black pair which didn't fit at all and had a hole hidden in the seams. Considering all the leggings had faults I decided to email customer service to either get them replaced or refunded. The grey pair they said they would replace no problem as they had a hole. The white pair they said they couldn't do anything about; a bit strange considering all leggings are the same size but the white specifically went so much farther up my waist, but whatever at least they fit and have no holes. Not the end of the world. The black pair they said they couldn't replace, point blank. It's important to note that I didn't see the hole in the seams until later and hadn't mentioned that to the person I was emailing. The strange and frankly very frustrating thing was that they wouldn't replace a pair of leggings that didn't fit. At all. Period. I couldn't get them past my thighs but they wouldn't replace them. Why is that? I physically could not wear something I purchased, but they couldn't do an exchange or a refund. I was willing to send them back on my own dime for a new pair but no dice. Thankfully, after I informed them of the hole they said they would replace them. Overall, I don't plan on buying anymore leggings from this company because if I ever order something that is the incorrect size or won't fit even if I did order the right size I can assume they won't replace it. I appreciate the fact that they did end up replacing the black as well but this experience has turned me off from buying anymore. It was way too much of a hassle for leggings.

Never purchase these leggings again because of the poor customer service never mind the poor quality leggings. Long story short received the leggings and there was a hole in them they fitted perfect and fabric lovely and soft, contacted the company yes no problem replacement sent and received(they only cost £11 so i am not bothered about the money) replacement pair arrived exactly the same as i thought --no they weren't!! the fabric was terrible hard not, not stitched correctly. Decided to try them on no give in the leggings i thought strange as the others were so comfy, i couldn't even get the leggings over my foot and no give in them, i contacted the company to get terrible responses and offered 50% of next order --no wont be ordering again when you cant even send me the same legging as a replacement, totally not to satisfaction at customer service level if i was selling a product and clearly there is a misfit in production i would want to know about it from a quality point of view and fix it. clearly all they care about is mass production and ripping people off

Bought 3 pairs of leggings from Vikibody, the sizing are a bit small so I asked to return for a bigger sizes. VikiBody told me to keep the 3 pairs & they would send 3 new pairs in the bigger size.
Customer services was quick at responding to emails.
I now have 3 new pairs that fit perfect.

Fantastic service. There was a mix up with my order and it was dealt with promptly and i feel they really went over and above to help. Best customer service i have received. Would highly recommend.

Great products and excellent customer service

Had to put one star to leave a review!!!! Beyond angry. Waited months for my order, never received when I finally found the email of tracking, I contacted the company. They had entered into their system the wrong address. Then proceeded to send an email telling me it's their policy not to reship an order if a customer added the wrong address!! Now, I'm positive that I know where I live....and that before I make a purchase, I check to make sure my address is correct. Duh!!! So if I don't receive my order....I promise I will spend every spare moment in life burying this scam of a company. I'm fairly new to online purchasing and this was one of my fears...only company I can stand by is Wish. Always satisfied with them. Send me my pants or else!!!! Better business bureau, tons of negative reviews, state attorney general, etc. You got the right one now vikibody!!!!

I Recieved my legging 1 week after placing order,
They are very comfortable but slighy see through thats the only bad thing I can write
One pair had a hole in but I sent an email amd sent prove of pic and they sent another pair straight out to me with an apology

Minus 1630303/5 stars ladies PLEASE never use this company. Leggings are seethrough and they ignore your emails when contacting about refund. No address on website.
Haven’t even tried on one of the pairs of leggings and they still won’t return as they still won’t acknowledge return.

Bought some leggings (sadly without reading these reviews) and they were completely see through.

Emailed and got a pretty quick response and was told they would refund me (so initially I was very pleased with customer service).

However when I actually remembered to check my bank, I was never actually refunded so contacted them again and have continually just been fobbed off with offers of a different pair for half price and then to 'leave it with them' while they refund me. Sadly not surprised that I still haven't received the refund they originally said was sent over a month ago.

I do not recommend buying leggings from this company.

This company is dreadful just like the quality of clothing! Brought some leggings, but they are completely see through, contacted them so I could return them, but was told no! We are not excepting returns and as you ordered correct size we will not refund!!!!! A joke!

hi, I just brought some of the tik tok leggings from your website ive waited about 2 weeks and hoping that they would be alright. I really do like them but unfortunately as soon as I put them on I found a hole which has been threading as well, which im not very happy about. plus, one side is sown in and the other side inside sown in so it looks like a flap and it's really bad for the price I paid for and due to the flap it will rip and tear. plus I really wanted to get some to try as well but honestly soon as I got them it looked like it's hasn't been made properly and like it's been rushed.

Product is just as described, material is pretty thick. I had a small issue with my order and their customer service is by far more than helpful. Definitely recommend and will purchase again.

Ordered 2 pairs for my wife. One came unstitched at the rear seam. The other split at the crotch while she was at Zumba.

If you're considering Leggings avoid the embarrassment and go with another brand like Gymshark.

Stay clear of Vikibody.

I left 5 stars because the advisor Henri R. really deserve it. I received the wrong items, they were really sorry but eventually he sort it out for me really quickly. I didn't have to pay for delivery or return the wrong items. He sent the one I order next day.

I am very happy with the service from this company, I had a slight problem with delivery with an item and they were very quick to respond and sort the issue out, very friendly customer service and new item getting sent out straight away

Tried on the leggings on as soon as they arrived, they fit perfectly but completely see through. I’ve asked too return and get a refund but they refuse to accept a return due to COVID and won’t give me a refund as they say they are as described and fit for purpose. A) they aren’t as described as the website clearly shows their leggings as not see through B) they are supposed to be workout leggings which the purpose of workout leggings is to be able to stretch without becoming see through not be see through before you even put them on.

Wow after reading all the bad reviews for this company - I had to share my similar experience....

I purchased two pairs in different styles - both Medium.
One pair fits like a dream - the other pair doesn't fit at all. Should be labelled XS not M - three of my size 8 girlfriends tried them on and they didn't fit them either... Literally cannot get them up our legs!
I contacted Vikibody and asked for a return/refund but they would not offer me a return/refund due to covid... Which is a bit ridiculous - how does covid affect giving me a refund? Sounds a bit scammy to me.
After checking out their FB account I read comments from other customers where their leggings didn't fit and they were sent a free replacement pair no questions asked!
They offered me a 30% discount on my next purchase (no mention of free postage) which I'm sorry isn't good enough!
Have warned everyone all over their social media ads as well.
I've given two stars as the other pair fit well.
