Do not buy from them.the sizes too big…

Do not buy from them.the sizes too big ,I ordered size small (I am size small in England)I emailed for refund and return lable or for exchange they say that they can not do none of this because of Covid they can not accept refund or exchange because I did try them on.ao now I need to throw them in the rubbish been! Horrible!

Poor Legging, Good Customer Service

I ordered x4 pairs from here and did receive them promptly. However, the quality of the leggings were poor and thin, not to mention mine arrived with holes within the stitching and crotch area. They are small made as well, so if you so purchase from here i recommend a size or two up. I would have given 1 star alone for the leggings but the Customer Service I received was excellent - I was issued a refund and The Advisor was very apologetic. This happened within less than 24 hours so it was also fairly speedy. (Thank you Henri!)

This company are a scam

This company are a scam. I emailed on the same day I received the items to request a return label for two items and that I wanted a refund.I had not even tried them on. I did not order the wrong size, I simply don't think the material looks good enough quality nor the style seems like what I saw on the website. I am being told I am not eligible for a return/refund and being directed to read a returns policy which does not offer any proper explanation or why they wont allow me to return for refund. The exchange continues but I will be reporting to trading standards if I am not provided with a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I understand that you wanted a refund, and it will allow us to resolve any problems if you can elaborate on what seems to be disappointing about the product or how different it was from the images on our website.

For example, there may be a slight difference of -/+ 2 cm in the sizes of the products and slight variations in the colors of fabrics, prints, or texture of the image you see on your monitor and the actual product. This is due to the nature of differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings, and the capabilities of computer monitors.

If you think that there is something more serious issue, please let us know and we are more than willing to hear you out. In the meantime, while we are unable to provide you a refund, I can give you a non-expiry store credit that you can use to purchase another product that may be more satisfying for you. If this won't work, I will have to set up a meeting with our customer success department once you provided us your elaboration so that they can also investigate it and so that you can get the most out of your product.

Only half of order arrived and extreme difficulty contacting Vicky body

Extremely frustrated, only 4 out of the 7 articles were shipped to me. Also they promised a secret giveaway of extra articles for my order of which none were shipped to me.

They post a phone number but it’s phoney and of no use. There contact support is unreliable and did not try to resolve my issue. Also one of the four articles that was shipped to me had the wrong size tag on it.

Price point was nice but from my experience I felt it was too good to be true.

Awful customer service.
Ordered 2 leggings and requested a refund the day they arrived due to quality being poor.
Leggings are still in packaging and being refused a refund for no apparent reason?

Just avoid

Just avoid. In the space of a week, in a series of emails, I went from being told that it was absolutely no problem to replace these and it would be free of charge, to they could replace but I would have to pay 50% plus shipping, to they can't do it all. If their size guide was accurate then I wouldn't even have had to reach out because the size I ordered should have been perfect but possibly a bit long. No explanation given when I questioned why their response kept changing, just a different name at the end of the next email. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else, there's enough companies doing these kind of leggings now.

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company, bought 3 pairs of leggings that were rubbish material. Tried on one pair and the other two were not out of the 'bag' they came in. Asked to return those two pairs and was told I cant get a refund because of covid as they want to avoid contamination..... how can every other company except returns? Absolute joke. So annoyed. Clearly money isnt a issue with them, but its alot to some people.

Awful

If there was a 0 star option that would be what this company deserves. I ordered a pair of leggings at the start of March 2021 it is now June 2021 and I have reached out to this company many times so I now have asked for a refund however I apparently aren’t eligible for a refund . Absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend at all . Huge scam

If i could put no stars i would

If i could put no stars i would. They will not refund me for three leggings i have not even tried on. Poor service avoid. will have to take this further. Shamefull and the leggings look really bad quality. They will catch on anything and be ruined. I shouldnt think they would wash well either !

Don’t buy the leggings you will not get a refund if you do not like them

This company is one of the worst I have experienced. I have continuously asked for refunds and they are refusing. I have the leggings and have explained several times that I did not like them. After endless back and forth emails they still have not refunded me. I have now resorted to reporting them to the Trading Standings for further investigation

Disappointed.

I have bought two pairs from here and am so disappointed. I wore the first pair only once and they have the biggest rip in the middle of the legs despite being right size..I've tried emailing them directly and asking for refund but they're just saying they'll send a replacement. I do not want a replacement of something which is such poor quality. I just wanted to get them refunded, to wear them once and have them rip is highly disappointing.

Not what I expected...

I was truly disappointed by these leggings. The size was not true to size. I wrote them asking for a return slip to send them back and get a refund. They have been giving me the run arounds. The quality was not what I expected.

Definitely worth ordering!

After reading quite a few negative reviews I was a little worried about my order! The truth is, I didn't need to be. Delivery took just under 2 weeks, the leggings are just as described and so comfortable & stretchy and they look awesome. I will definitely be ordering again, especially for how cheap they are! Don't be put off by a few bad reviews! 5*

0 star!!

Unfortunately couldn't give less than 1 star!

They took ages to arrive. At first I loved them, thought they were fantastic but then the seams came apart on 1 pair. I thought maybe it was a one off and these things happen, so I wore the other pair I bought. They fir perfectly so it wasn't me forcing them on etc but after 1 wear for a few hours the material had small holes in and the stitching had come apart. I have tried to get a refund but had no response. I had to chase multiple times, I eventually received replacement legging but straight out the packet and the first pair are damaged. Didnt even try them on and there is a hole in them! Also the sizing difference between the two pairs i bought originally and the ones I have received as replacement are shocking. Both supposedly a large but completely different.
I have yet again tried to contact them multiple times but again been ignored. Do not waste your money, shocking products and even worse customer service.

Brilliant communication and service

Fab service via email communication. I got small which didn't quite fit but as they was the small size they kindly changed for an alternative pair in small. Rare for a company to go out of their way and communicate so well. I'll be back to buy more!!
