Amazing, recieved the first pair that were faulty and they apologised and sent a new pair no questions asked. New ones just arrived and I love them! Will be buying more in different colours

I ordered some yoga pants after coming back to America to visit my parents for a few months totally forgetting that I had sold all the clothes that I didn’t bring with me- obviously, any girl needs good yoga pants. So I ordered these and a month went by with no word and I saw that my order just dropped from the face of the Earth for a week or so so I reached out via Instagram and she responded so fast and got me a replacement order sent out like, THE NEXT DAY! I don’t know how many reviews you guys write but even with companies I’ve been loyal to for years haven’t treated me with this much care. Great company, great ownership, and hopefully when I do get them, fantastic yoga pants! ❤️ I’ll be back for sure!

Ordered from these, they are saying my order had been delivered when it hasn't. Refused a refund, and now they won't reply to my emails. When I looked into them, it looks like this has happened loads of time. Don't order from these, stay away!!!

I ordered 2 pair of leggings black and white and a black bra they said I can choose a different product due to not having any more bras in stock for me I choose grey leggings in it’s place I received all 3 a month later and they are all see through!!! I can’t wear this out side I am waiting for an email back on a full return !!! Fake leggings they are not suppose to be see through showing my underwear and skin !

I love the look the leggings give,
But after 1 wear and wash the gusset part is in a bad way,
Also I was disappointed in the finished product of the ladies leggings because there was lots of loose cotton

Firstly I'd like to say that when I got these I did not care for the way they look or fit I did contact the company and they did send me a refund. The refund was set in a timely matter however I did have to send a couple different emails to get them to understand I did not want a replacement. They gave me a refund and did not ask me to send back the original product.I do however feel like I need to review the quality of the product. I didn't even notice till after I had washed them that the bottoms of both legs had holes all the way around I had done nothing to cause those The seams on the inside are about ready to split and there is peeling on the legs and and inner thigh My thighs do not rub together there's no reason there should be pilling. Just feel the quality of this products is extremely poor. However, like I said they did have great customer service in my case and I did appreciate that.

So I gave in and bought the TikTok leggings from this company. I received the wrong item. So I sent them an email. They responded very quickly and sent a new pair. I did not get them when the USPS said they had been delivered. When I emailed them again they where prepared to send a replacement pair. Fortunately no need I got them the next day. They are awesome too!!!

Order # 107292. It been a month since they charged my card. Still nothing has showed up. Shipping details show they have been in a warehouse in Chicago for 3 weeks.......

How can I give them 0 stars??? This company is a joke. Placed two different order, both of them were missing an item. Need a return and refund for the item missing. Sent couples of email and no one answered, contacted them to social media and I was ignored. Please about this company, leggings aren’t go quality anyways. Wished I knew better before placing the second order.

You guys decided to send a replacement order when I clearly said I DONT WANT ANOTHER LEGGING in every single email, over FB messenger and IG, then contact me back saying that they is a replacement on for that order and still not getting it right sending a black legging when I ordered a blue one. You guys are full of joke and need to get you things together

I placed an order on January 21st .. I never received the order I need to come to find out that the order was being sent back to them!!!

They have the merchandise.. I have email saying that we have the merchandise but they refuse to refund me back!!!

The item was sent back to them I never even received it!!!!

I contacted my bank.. I literally have an email from them saying well you should’ve contacted your bank you should’ve contacted us first sorry for the inconvenience..

It is now April 30 and I still have not received my refund that they have promised avoid them at all cost and not even in the USA they lie and say they are but it was Chyna post

I have given my information to many representatives of Viki body and nobody has help me and this is my review and I’m entitled to my opinion and entitled to leave it!!! Everybody should know what a crappy company and you guys are crooks!!!

Do you want receipts you want me to show emails we they said they were going to refund me and they never did or do you want the receipt of them saying sorry for the inconvenience and them not refunding me or do you want the receipt where they said yeah we have the product but we can’t refund you????????

I have to say this company have sent me some fantastic leggings ,I ordered the incorrect size and after I sent them a email explaining that if it was possible to send me a smaller pair when I send back my previous order ,they were so kind they said to keep the original order and that they'd send me a new pair for free and free delivery ,I was blown away by this and the fact they sent me a lovely message back and kept me informed of my next delivery .I would highly recommend thses lovely people 100%

Ordered 2 pairs of different leggings. Arrived quickly and securely packaged. One was a little generous on size ( I had ordered based on others feedback). I reordered a smaller size and requested info about returning the larger size only to be told to just keep them and they would refund the cost for the smaller ones I’d ordered 😍

Leggings are good quality and fit really nice! The size i ordered was a bit big so i emailed customer service and they were very helpful and sent out a smaller size straight away! Highly recommend this company!

Order arrived a week late. Both garments my wife wanted came in the wrong size. Online help is a joke. Save your time and money, shop elsewhere. Had almost forgot to mention one of the garments had a hole in it as well. Looked to have used and re packaged.

I ordered 3 pairs of leggings, one of which fit but are VERY see through, the other two were way too small. I had received an email stating this might happen. So I'm just hoping for a replacement preferably, or a refund, and I can send the wrong sizes back. I just want to be able to wear my new leggings! I was so excited but they took a month to get here and now I can't wear them 😢🥺

Customer support was very responsive. They informed me of a surge in shipping and any delays and wanted to know if any mistakes were made. However I did receive the wrong size. I emailed them and they corrected the problem with no hassle or extra costs. 5 stars for customer satisfaction

Placed an order 5 weeks ago was told to allow 2 weeks as some delays still due to covid. Emailed several times to be told on its way, they are checking with shipping. I have asked for a refund and this has not been acknowledged. Dont waste your time and money

I love them I ordered 5 pair thank goodness because they not only make me feel good the compression of them help my body aches and fibromyalgia thank you for your wounderful product☺ Now if I can find something as good for my top area ☺
