Vilgain Avis 

Have been a longterm customer, in my last order a few products were missing (I ordered a bulk amount, only 1 arrived). Three e-mails to customers support, one message on instagram, one question directly under the product on the website since I can't leave a review. ALL IGNORED. And to top it off, they answered my question, apologised, said they would get back and not only did they not get back but even deleted the question. And didn't even get my money back. Absolutely crappy customer service. Way to destroy a brand.

Crappy service. Parcel never arrived. No notifications. Essentially feels like a cost and labor arbitrage

ordered goods on website, auto address feature kept glitching, product was sent to the wrong address. emailed vilgain twice as no phone number and was ignored both times over a 2 week period.

Excellent communication and prompt delivery of excellent produce

Ordered for the first time as I liked the sound of the pre work out powder and added some other items. Bread which was mouldy and the powder I opened to find it was full of lumps so had to waste a good portion of it. The company was very good at refunding for these items but I wouldn’t order again as their quality control isn’t up to scratch

No issue, quick delivery, delicious healthy snacks. I wish them to multiply and prosper.

I have ordered from Vilgain before and was perfectly happy with their services and products. Did a bigger order this time and received the order confirmation just fine but then..... Nothing. No updates, no goods, no responses to emails. It's like they vanished.

An update: the goods finally turned up... Still no response from Vilgain except to this review. Happy with the goods received but Vilgain need to work on their communication.

Great high quality natural whey protein isolate. Its 100% natural ingredients is the sole reason I purchased the product. Taste could be slightly improved though (strawberry), although the chocolate flavour is amazing.

Gorgeous brand. Honestly, if I had the money, I would gorge myself at Vilgain. Everything looks (and is) enticing. Finally, a brand that actually delivers on its pure ingredients promise. I absolutely love it. I'm not that keen on its dark chocolate (and I'm a huge very dark chocolate fan) - I don't think Vilgain has quite nailed that yet, but otherwise, outstanding and highly recommend you try it out.

Great quality food. Excellent service with fast delivery. I love that there are no seed oils, flavourings or preservatives in the food.

The Cognizin Citicoline I ordered for my husband arrived on time and in good condition.

With regards to its effectiveness on my husband's condition, it's early to say but I've seen gradual improvement on his sitting balance and he initiated to pick up his glass of water and cup of tea.

I will do an update of my review in future as I am observing the effectiveness of this supplement.

I am so disappointed with this company. I have been using them since February and I never have had a problem until 10 days ago. Placed an order over £60 on Saturday 13th June and expected delivery either the Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Still hadn't received it by Wednesday 17th June, so contacted customer support. Spoke to Alex who confirmed it was delayed by a "Minsoft" technical error and warehouse issues. Alex could not provide a delivery date or resolve the error, only offering a refund for my order. I still would like this order so asked an expected delivery. Only answer from Alex was to cancel my order. He has offered no other solutions. If you have such issues, why can't you just send out a replacement order?
I am still waiting for my order and not sure what to do. I really love your products but the attitude of customer services has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

First order and I like what I have received; good quality and tasty

I really enjoy the taste of the salted caramel whey protein and the fact that it’s got a few ingredients and all natural. Delivery was quick and as expected
