I would give them 0 stars if I could
I would give them 0 stars if I could. The owner is a bully and she threatened to cancel my vacation which was paid in full over a disagreement! Then she refused to return our money and we were forced to contact the Oklahoma City District Attorney’s Office as well as the Division of Consumer Affairs. Hard pass!!!

Best travel agency we know of!
We have used Vincent Vacations for years and really trust Lia and her agents with our family vacation. We love Sandals and Beaches resorts, especially resorts in the Caribbean and Bahamas. Lia and her agents go above and beyond and we greatly appreciate them and their service!
